We stayed in the house for a base to explore Kos. It is really well equipped house with everything down to the coffee pods and the shampoo. It’s spacious and light and in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s shops locally and you can walk into the town centre easily. A baker, supermarket and restaurant are all located within 5 minutes walk. I would stay here again if we return to Kos in the future

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Kommunikation und Check-In und -out war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Selva is a great and kind host, she responded to my requests very quickly and made me feel like I was in my own home. The view from the apartment is amazing and so close to all the great places in yalikavak. Would recommend this place to any of my relative and/or friends!

Abbiamo scelto questo alloggio perché fuori dal caos ed abbiamo trovato una casa accogliente in mezzo a una zona molto tranquilla. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per viverla completamente l'anfitrione si e preoccupato di farci trovare qualcosa da bere e dei biscotti buonissimi. in più e attacca a Zia, si arriva facilmente a Kos ed a svariate spiaggie ben servite. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio mi sarebbe piaciuto poter viverla più a lungo ma sarà per una prossima occasione. Thedosis e stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio.

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Tolle Architektur und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt sehr vollgefühlt. Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten ruhigen Urlaub auf Kos, perfekter Mix zwischen Erholung und Aktivitäten vor Ort. Strand ca. 2min Fußweg. Tolle Bars, Tavernen und Restaurants unmittelbar fußläufig erreichbar. Dennoch ist die Unterkunft durch ihre Lage und den separaten Innenhof sehr ruhig. Dimitrios und Evi sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war super, schnelle Rückmeldungen auf unsere Fragen sowie hilfreiche Tipps / Organisation für bsp. Autovermietung und Flughafentransfer 😊 Liebe Evi, lieber Dimitrios vielen Dank für diesen Aufenthalt auf Kos, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erdem bey ve eşi çok ilgililerdi. Daha konaklama yapmadan bizimle hep iletişim halindeydiler. Biz bayram dolayısı ile gittik kendileri bayramda bile hep orda bizlerle ihtiyaçlarımızla ilgilendiler. Hâlâ böyle insanlar var mı ? Diyecek kadar mutlu ayrıldık. Tekrar bir bodrum tatili için aynı yere rezervasyon yapılacak kadar samimi temiz ve rahat bir yerdi.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön! Sehr saubere, moderne und toll eingerichtete Wohnung, genau unser Geschmack. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend für den Aufenthalt. Während des Aufenthalts wurde die Wohnung 1x gereinigt, Handtücher und Bettbezüge gewechselt. Ein Auto zum Erreichen der Unterkunft und der umliegenden Ortschaften ist empfehlenswert. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir Fofi kennenlernen konnten. Eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die super schnell auf Anliegen antwortet :) wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

An Absolutely Perfect Stay at Alexandros Villa in Kos! simply outstanding in every possible aspect. From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, we felt completely at home and utterly comfortable. The villa itself is a true gem. It was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and felt like a genuine home-from-home. Alexandros has clearly thought of everything, as the villa was equipped with every modern convenience imaginable, making our stay effortless and incredibly enjoyable. Beyond the stunning property, Alexandros communication was exceptional. His responsiveness, helpfulness, and genuine willingness to go above and beyond truly held no bounds. He was a fantastic host, providing invaluable insights and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location of the villa is also perfect. It's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community it's clear that the surrounding area is a wonderful community, and we were so touched by how readily the locals embraced us.

The apartment is exactly like its pictures, the beds and sofas are comfortable, the kicthen is well equipped and the location is perfect for a trip to Bodrum, everywhere in town is an easy walk away with great restaurants and shops. The apartment is particularly well located for the Bazar Tekel which has an excellent food market on Thursdays and Fridays and is well worth a visit. The area is peaceful and the sound proofing of the apartment was very good. Guney was very communicative, organising our transfers to and from the airport which was very helpful and meeting us at the apartment despite us arriving quite late at night and had provided additional touches such as coffee and biscuits that made the first morning perfectly relaxed. We would be delighted to stay again when we're next in Bodrum.

Clean and modern apartment in centre of town with full kitchen with modern appliances. Lovely friendly staff. Close to many restaurants and bars but quiet all the same. great base for exploring Island of Kos. Nice beaches within a short stroll.

Ich hatte eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Balkon – die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Jeden Abend konnte ich dort den Sonnenuntergang genießen, was wirklich ein Highlight meines Aufenthalts war. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden – von Kochutensilien bis hin zur Waschmaschine, was gerade für längere Aufenthalte super praktisch ist. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und gut durchdacht eingerichtet. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. Perched atop the headland, you have 360 degree views of the beach and mountains. It’s the sort of place I stare up at from the ground and always thought how lucky those people must be to stay there. Here’s your opportunity! Charitomeni was also incredibly kind and accommodating. If you’re on the fence, book it!

This was by far the most luxurious and modern Airbnb we have experienced. Maria was gracious, friendly, and attentive. The unit was exceptionally clean and well kept. A few maintenance items were noted. The beds were firm but comfy. The private spa was a wonderful bonus. Our family members stayed nearby in hotels but were envious of our choice. Whoever designed it thought of everything. I will dream about our stay for years to come.

Mi sono trovata benissimo nell'appartamento di Stamatis. Le fotografie rappresentano perfettamente l'alloggio, rinnovato di recente e confortevole. La posizione è ottima, poco fuori dal centro - come si vede dalla mappa - e raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata sul lungomare. Comodo anche per la stazione degli autobus, a meno di 15 minuti di cammino. Stamatis è un host premuroso e gentile, ho trovato acqua e bevande varie in frigorifero, e molto sollecito nel rispondere prontamente alle domande. Prima dell'arrivo ho ricevuto tutte le indicazioni utili per raggiungere l'abitazione. Sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta della sistemazione, e la consiglio.

Wenn ihr einen Aufenthalt sucht, wo ihr gute Energie tanken könnt, seit ihr bei Riki genau richtig! Das Apartment ist an einer ruhigen Lage in der Natur und mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell im Stadtzentrum. Riki ist ein unglaublicher Mensch und eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie bemüht sich für eure Anliegen. Durch die Klimaanlagen kann man bei Bedarf das Apartment abkühlen und die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. Es gibt auch ein kleines Dorf in der Nähe mit tollen Restaurants. Freut euch darauf Kos und ihre Menschen kennenzulernen ohne euch unter den Touristen zu verlieren.

Le logement proposé par Kalliopi est absolument superbe. Face a la mer, disposant d’une belle grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur Telendos. Le logement est très bien placé, juste à côté d’un petit market. Kalliopi a été adorable avec nous tant à notre arrivée qu’à notre départ. Il y a de délicieux restaurants à proximité, de belles plages, des randonnées et évidemment des beaux secteurs d’escalade. Le logement est conforme à la description. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir la compagnie de deux chats absolument adorables (un blanc petit et un roux) pendant le séjour auxquels nous nous sommes fortement attachés, j’espère que vous aurez l’occasion de faire leur connaissance également. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés. Merci Kalliopi.

Great place in a great location with a great host! The place is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. The location is very central, nearby to anything you'd like in Kos. And Antonis was very responsive: besides providing us with a very helpful local list of recommendations, he always replied within a short amount of time (minutes to a couple of hours), with a friendly and informative reply. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay! The location was excellent. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was clean, and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was very easy, and Stamatis was a wonderful host, always available, very friendly, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again!

Öncelikle evin konumu eski şehrin tam merkezinde, her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Bu en güzel özelliklerden biriydi. Çarflar, banyo, havlular, evin her yeri tertemizdi. Het was een hele fijne ruimte vlak boven de heerlijke pizzeria. We hebben met plezier gebruik gemaakt van de accommodatie wat op loopafstand van het strand is en de drukke winkeltjes. De douchekop zit wel vrij los in de houder maar verder is ook de badkamer schoon en netjes

We had a wonderful time in Kos! Dimitra was an incredibly helpful and kind host from beginning to end. The apartment had everything a long-term traveler might need — it was spotless, fully equipped, and perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Dimitra saved us so much time with her amazing recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and historical sites — and every suggestion turned out to be fantastic. Thanks to her proactive approach, quick responses, and overall helpfulness, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone visiting Kos!

Wat een heerlijk appartement en zo leuk ingericht! Het appartement ligt iets buiten het centrum, dus rustig gelegen maar je bent zo bij de supermarkt (3 minuten lopen), restaurants (1 minuut lopen) en het strand (2 minuten lopen). Onze gastheer had voor ons wat basisboodschappen klaar staan, hetgeen heel fijn was vanwege onze late aankomst. Het appartement heeft overal horren, dus geen insecten in huis. Behalve een wasmachine en droogrek, is er ook een afwasmachine en airco (die per kamer te bedienen is). De bedden zijn fijn en in de middag kan je lekker voor het huis in de schaduw zitten. Ioannis is een heel goede gastheer, die snel reageert en te hulp schiet, indien dit nodig is. Als je naar Kos gaat, kies dan voor dit appartement!

This place exceeded our expectations. The apartment had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, it was clean & the kitchen was well stocked. The location - next to beach with incredible views of the sea & Telendos Island. Had stairs next to it that went right down to the sand. Everything is walking distance - restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, climbing supplies, scooter rentals. Vasilia, the host, is extremely helpful & responsive.
