Vacation rentals with a pool in Tigaki

Amazing place to stay in Kos! The rooftop is amazing with views to die for and private sun loungers and jacuzzi (not warm but perfect to cool down in the heat). The place is super private and you can walk to Zia (up a very steep hill!) but also take your car too. The host is great, sends regular messages and even gave us a souvenir when we left. Thankyou for a great stay and if we ever return to Kos, we would definitely stay here again!

We went as a family of 8, we felt like we were in our own home for 1 week. Mr. Burak was very helpful by answering our questions instantly. About the house; the house is very nice, and well-maintained. It has air conditioning in every room, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the garden and the pool are equally clean and well maintained. There are grocery stores nearby in the same way 5-10 minutes by car to Palamutbükü. Great vacation overall, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Dimitris is a wonderful host. Responsive always within an hour. He gave us great recommendations and met us on arrival. The village of Zia is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. It has lots of restaurants with great food choices, great shops and the sunset never disappoints. I’d definitely recommended Dimitris’s place for a relaxing retreat in Kos!

My wife and i needed a break to get away from the stressful year we needed to unwind and relax. Selva's place was the first place i had been able to unwind and relax from the moment we walked in the door very peaceful just what we needed. what a great host nothing was to much trouble and she responded instantly. we would recommend any couples looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway with stunning views to book this apartment and have a great time. we will be booking here again as was a great experience. definitely need to hire a car. many thanks Selva we had a great stay and will be back next year 5 star many thanks Natasha & Andre

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to Bodrum Marina, restaurants and shops. Taxi rank at the end of the road. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We all slept well. Great host and very responsive. No problems at all and would love to return.

Beautiful accommodation in a peaceful environment with fantastic views, walking distance from Zia. Located in the center of Kos island. Enjoyed every minute of it!

Extremely pleased. I was contacted right away. When I asked, I got an answer, even if it was not related to them. They are very good at their business, I understood him. When it came to the villa, everything is as shown and immaculately clean .. There is no exaggeration in any detail,useful ,quality and even more classy as they say.. I felt like I was in my house..The location ,location and neighborhood of the villa are magnificent. The only place I will choose at any opportunity. We enjoyed Vedat’s home! We wish we could have stayed longer. It was so relaxing to sit out on their covered balcony. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more! We will be back thank you!!

I loved a very peaceful home! The view and garden are nicer than the photos. Very right choice if you are looking for calm. I stayed alone, but 2-3 people can easily stay in the house and it was immaculately clean, the newly painted kitchen is quite large and if you want to cook, you can easily do it. The bedroom is big and comfortable, there is a 3 door closet. There is AC in both the living room and bedroom AC. The internet speed is very good, like me for those who work from home. I see this as an advantage, but I would still like to point out that there are many stairs for transportation to the house, you do your daily sports ☺️ The house is a must on top of a hill and there is a Migros, bakery, diner, hairdresser 1 minute away by car. 7 minutes to Gümüşlük by car, 12 minutes to Yalikavak marina, 35 minutes to the center. Zoe is a really interested host, although she was not here, everything was very well taken care of, everything was perfect, and Mr. Zafer came when I needed everything, thank you very much, if I come back to the basement, she will definitely stay at Zoe's house 🙏🏼 again

Lovely Place, just what you need for a stay in Bodrum. It‘s a walkable distance from the water. Serra was super responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

Ilkay was a brilliant host. We booked extremely last minute and Ilkay kindly accepted our booking and was at the property to welcome us. She also provided fantastic communication (and patience!). The apartment is wonderfully situated, 10 minutes from beach/marina and beach village. The pool had unfortunately just closed for our stay but would be fantastic for a summer visit with balcony overlooking the pool (and sea). The space was very comfortable for our family of 4 and provided us with everything that we needed (well equipped kitchen and extra towels/linen if required).

We had a great stay at Pawel’s AirBnb, Super easy getting to the place as he helped us find a transfer, Easy flexible check-in. The apartment was perfect for me and my boyfriend, size suited us fine and had everything we needed. Couldn’t complain! Little supermarkets were about 5 mins walk away and there was a big one about 15 minutes walk away! Nice little beach was also a 5 minute walk away. We cycled everywhere, the bike rental place was a minute walk away from the apartment, so for us the main town and the other beaches were about 15 mins away, you could walk to the town from the apartment but would be 30 mins but it is a nice walk along the beach and marina. Very nice apartment in a setting quiet and pleasant with a magnificent sea view and two swimming pools. We had a pleasant stay with the family. A big thank you to Isa for his availability all his valuable advice. We would highly recommend it.
