The apartment is impeccable, with spacious and well-decorated spaces, which makes the stay even more pleasant. It also has all the necessary amenities, such as air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen. It is undoubtedly the ideal place to relax and enjoy an unforgettable vacation. Totally recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The place was impeccably clean and smelled delicious. Melany was amazing, always attentive to us and providing exceptional advice. Additionally, the space is very spacious, perfect for our family of 5. The reception service was also excellent. The location is perfect, right by the sea, with shops and restaurants, and only 13 minutes by car from Getsemaní. Without a doubt, I will consider returning for my next vacation. Highly recommended!

We were 7 people and a baby and the stay was super pleasant. The apartment is as shown in the images and information. We had inconveniences with the air conditioning in one of the rooms and they immediately came to fix it. Extra points for providing a crib for the baby.

The check-in process and warm welcome are what stand out the most. Alvaro was most pleasant with his conversation and his helpful demeanor every time I saw him. The security that was in place always gave you peace of mind, and having a restaurant that serves excellent food with a luxurious pool was just icing on the cake. To have the opportunity to enjoy a great ocean view along with all of the necessary amenities that were inside the apartment makes this stay all worthwhile, and I will be back sooner rather than later. Thank you for an A+ experience, and I can not wait to enjoy all that Palmetto and the host Alvaro/Yolanda have in store for my next beachfront adventure.

Location location location This place was perfect for exploring Cartagena and specifically the getsemani area. House was perfect for our group and perfectly same to walk around

Our stay at Casa Julieta was amazing! My best friend and I celebrated our birthdays with four other friends. The host, Indira, was amazing. She was so kind and helpful with anything we needed. For my friend's birthday, she surprised her with a small cake, which was so kind! The house lady, Trini, made us an amazing breakfast! This Airbnb is central to everything! We walked to each restaurant for dinner. We only took one Uber during our stay. Indira does an amazing job of setting up transportation to and from the airport. She is incredibly responsive and helpful. Any suggestions or excursions you might be interested in, she has the answers! The rooms and most of the indoor parts of the house have A/C, but part of the house is outside, so it doesn't have A/C. This is my only con as Cartagena is very hot, but it's nice that most parts of the home have A.C. If it rains, that could cause an issue. Otherwise, best birthday ever! I recommend this place to anyone interested in Cartagena.

The stay was just as described. The hosts were very responsive and accommodated requests prior to the stay without hesitation. Marta was a true gem. Her cooking was amazing and she took care of any request or need right on the spot.

We had a great stay. Sophie was not around, but she had asked Yenniffer to help us. She was there when we arrived. She was very friendly and helpful. We had one minor issue to which they responded promptly. The place was lovely and the location was terrific. We’d definitely like to stay there again on a future trip to Cartagena.

Can’t say enough about Tara’s place. Perfect location to the beach, food and amenities. Tara met us and was super helpful getting us acclimated to the area. We messaged her numerous times before our trip and while in her place and she responded quickly. We hired the maid service one day and went to the supermarket with her and then she prepared a typical Columbia lunch for us. Well worth the money for the experience as well as the wonderful food and cleanup. Tara’s place is gorgeous and the views and sunsets incredible. She had beach towels and a cooler which were helpful. Spacious bathrooms and bedrooms as well. Highly recommend this unit.

Paola and her husband were exceptional hosts! They informed us about a $50 charge for leaving the AC unit on when the apartment is unoccupied, which reflects their commitment to energy efficiency—a policy I fully support. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to use their amenities, I can tell they are well-maintained and inviting. Overall, a fantastic experience!
