Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tierra Bomba Island

Monica’s place is GORGEOUS and very clean. She was responsive and extremely friendly. The house is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and the party atmosphere of Getsemaní, but is somehow still quiet. There is occasional street noise from people passing by outside, but it isn’t constant. We felt incredibly safe in the area. The rooms have cold AC, but the interior of the house is open, so it does get warm in the courtyard. There are tight spiral staircases that would make it very difficult to bring large suitcases upstairs to the bedrooms, and may also pose issues for anyone with mobility issues. This was my first trip to Colombia, but I’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere but at Monica’s. The house really felt like “home” during my 10-day stay!

We loved this spot! The location is perfect - inside the walled city and super walkable, but on a quieter street. We had the best sleep of our whole trip here. Quiet, hot showers, cold AC, and super comfy beds.

Amazing place right in front of the mall. You can walk anywhere as well and feel safe

Cancio was amazingggg at the Airbnb. We felt so much safer with him there, and anything we needed he got for us real fast. The Airbnb owner was very responsive and nice. The water at first was a bit cold like the comments said but if you let it run, it turns warm but it is so hot out that you appreciate the water. Overall amazing stay and everything was close by.

Amazing stay here with a smaller group of just 3 of us. When we arrived we were greeted by the host and introduced to the house caretaker and concierge Oscar who was a highlight of our trip. He was extremely helpful and available at seemingly all times and knew about many things in the city. He would help with restaurant recommendations and even walk us to the where we needed just to tag along. The space itself was beautiful, quiet and secluded but still just a couple minutes walk from the action. There is daily breakfast for a small fee and everything from changing money to arranging a shopping list can be easily accomplished. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The internet was not working during our stay due to matters beyond their control, but owners made every accommodation possible to help me continue working and I discovered Cafe San Alberto is very close and offers free WiFi. Overall a lovely location that I highly recommend.

The stay was just as described. The hosts were very responsive and accommodated requests prior to the stay without hesitation. Marta was a true gem. Her cooking was amazing and she took care of any request or need right on the spot.

My family I enjoyed our stay! It was in the center of everything! Across the street from the beach. Nice restaurants and spas within walking distance. About 5-7 minutes from wall city! If we come back we are staying here again. Highly recommend. Sebastian was very responsive and helpful. The only thing I would add is a microwave to reheat our food but other than that! Great place to stay when visiting Cartagena!

We stayed here for 4 nights and made our Cartagena stay perfect. The roof top pool was the perfect place to escape the hot temperatures during the day and the location was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay and while we could hear some of the craziness of Semana Santa. I was surprised that it was fairly quiet inside the apartment. We would stay here again for sure!

Area is walkable. Super close to the mall. Apartment was clean and had plenty of space. Would stay here again!

The accommodation was just like the pictures, with air conditioning in each bedroom, which is very important. She was always attentive and answered any questions we had and even gave us recommendations for places to eat

Victor was an excellent host! His place is clean and well located–right across from a (relatively) quieter beach; walking distance to the old city; super responsive when we had any questions.

Paola and her husband were exceptional hosts! They informed us about a $50 charge for leaving the AC unit on when the apartment is unoccupied, which reflects their commitment to energy efficiency—a policy I fully support. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to use their amenities, I can tell they are well-maintained and inviting. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Rocco is a fantastic host! We stayed in the unit for one month and the kitchen facilities were excellent, the bed was comfortable and the laundry facilities convenient. We loved the pool and the hot tub. The building is close to restaurants and groceries. All in all: fantastic!

Danny is an excellent host!! I highly recommend his place. The place has a great view of the beach and daily sunset!! Additionally, the location is within walking distance of many great restaurants and grocery stores.
