We booked Sarah's apartment to host family who were visiting us locally (we live in the neighborhood). Everything went very well and Sarah was very accommodating for the booking and key exchange, thanks to her mom who showed us around the accommodation. The latter was as advertised and comfortable, the parking space is a plus in our neighborhood where it's not always easy to park!

We had a lovely stay with family for Christmas. Romain had even decorated the dining room and put up a tree. Romain is very responsive to the various questions we asked and was flexible on check-in and check-out times. The place is really charming. The accommodation is perfect for a large family reunion and suitable for all generations (bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, many games for children and adults, high chairs for babies).

very nice place, quiet and calm. very well equipped kitchen. everything is functional if we had to find negative...then we would need a broom + shovel a less honest rate for cleaning because €45 per day is still very expensive because the accommodation was clean but it was also not impeccable for the price. however I highly recommend this cottage which is superb.

Lydia’s house was perfect for us. Near to Saumur and alot of other places to visit including some lovely Chateaux. On the edge of a village with a large secure garden for us and our dog and a lot of space. The house was warm and cozy and nicely decorated and had everything that we might have needed. The internet was Fibre and very quick which was a plus. Out in the garden for the warmer weather there was a barbecue and covered seating area with Chiminea and lights. Everything that you might need was there. Brilliant. Lydie was a great communicator and lovely host. Highly recommend Lydie’s house.

Beautiful cottage for a peaceful weekend in the countryside! The estate is splendid and the cottage is perfect with its very well-equipped kitchen, wood stove, single rooms with private bathrooms / toilets and impeccable bedding. Petra is available and full of good advice! Thanks for everything!
