Country house located in Tiercé, 20 km from Angers city center, 40 minutes from Puy du Fou, 45 minutes from Le Mans. Accommodation sleeps 4 + 1 baby bed. During your stay, you can enjoy the terrace and its garden with children's games. The space is fenced. You can help yourself in the garden and collect the eggs from the chickens. One double bedroom downstairs with bathroom. Upstairs a children's bedroom with a baby bed and a double bedroom.

Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
