The Devils Cradle B&B

EllieRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a fantastic stay. The place was beautiful, cosy, and we were made to feel very welcome there. Our dog also loved it and we all felt at home. Trish left milk and orange juice in the fridge which was a lovely touch, aswell as various cereals and teas. We would definitely recommend staying here! There is a sculpture park opposite the accommodation and we enjoyed our trip there. If you have the time you should definitely visit! 😁

We enjoyed our two night stay. Only three of us so plenty of space. Magdalena was always available for any issues. Please feel able to book with confidence. Thanks for a great stay.
A gravel driveway winds through a lush green landscape, leading towards a house in the background. Large trees provide shade, and the area is dotted with patches of grass, creating a serene outdoor setting.

Alexandra and Cassie were amazing hosts. They were very responsive and supported us on all of our questions. This was the perfect family gathering place. Lovely walks to the pigs, basketball court and surrounding areas. Thank you so much for everything. We would definitely rent again.

A wooden sign with the word 'SING' is displayed prominently on the wall, complemented by the phrase 'like no one is listening.' A compact radio sits on a wooden surface nearby, with soft natural light filtering through the window.

A lovely place, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Linda was really responsive and welcomed us when we arrived. Both Linda and Mike helped us with a couple of things we had forgotten and helped to make our stay top notch. Would definitely recommend

The Little House - wildlife/walkers/cyclists haven

RichardRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Thank you Jane and Nick for a wonderful weekend. Our only regret was that we weren't staying longer! An absolutely flawless little place; ideal for a couples retreat. All of the little touches and the generosity of the hosts makes this an absolute must stay, and possibly the nicest place we've stayed. A bit like a really great, but very exclusive hotel in the middle of the countryside! Despite the short time Jane and Nick have been hosting, they are already absolute pros, making the getaway really special and stress-free. They strike the perfect balance of friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The Little House is beautifully and cleverly appointed incorporating everything you could need and more! All of the provided local info etc. was extremely useful in planning leisurely days in the surrounding countryside. Though our favourite times were spending time at the house in the beautiful, peaceful garden. Can't recommend highly enough - there's no doubt we'll be back!

The Milk Store

Ellie is a truly wonderful host - friendly, welcoming and heaps of local knowledge. The house is gorgeous - the decor is incredible and it’s probably one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. Practically, it’s immaculately clean and stocked with everything you need. We stayed as we were visiting RHS Wisley, and it was perfect, we will be back!
