Extremely comfortable garden barn in the rural village of Stansfield, with terrace and access to our large garden. WiFi, ethernet. Wood burner, central heating and plenty of hot water. Two well behaved dogs allowed by prior arrangement (£10/dog). Village pub and award winning pub in adjacent village of Hawkedon. Beautiful local walks and bike rides. Close to Clare, Long Melford, Bury St. Edmunds, Lavenham and Sudbury. 20 mins to Newmarket, easy access to Cambridge and 2 hrs from central London.

The Barn is a recently completed 'conversion' adjacent (completely separate) to the main house. Cosy, stylish and simply furnished it provides the perfect base to explore Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and beyond! The Barn is set back from the road with off street parking for one car, sharing the space with owner. There are two bedrooms (the second bedroom is galleried and overlooks the living space without a door), a bathroom and a lovely open plan living area with equipped kitchen and dining area.

Studio in the heart of a popular Cambridgeshire village. Perfect stay for commuter working at Babraham Institute or Granta Park. The studio has all the amenities that you would need for a quick business trip such as super fast WiFi, desk, (printer just ask) & smart t.v. Towels and bed linen also provided. The studio has a small kitchen with microwave-oven or options to eat out in our local curry house or lovely village pubs! The local Chinese and Indian do a prompt takeaway service!

Fabulous 16th C. farmhouse in stunning countryside

The restoration of Cowlinge Hall has been a labour of love. It is now ready to provide the perfect home for families and friends to spend relaxing holidays. This wonderful house is fully surrounded by an 11th C moat and beyond that are paddocks and a pond that are brimming with wildlife. It is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life whilst still being close to many fantastic places to visit.
