The picturesque city of Würzburg can be reached in 15 minutes by train. Cycling on the Main, hiking in the vineyards, indulging in culinary delights in the restaurant Bären, shopping at the village's own baker and butcher (3 minutes away), shopping in the supermarket (5 minutes away), and a beautiful swimming pool directly on the Main. Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

The apartment (24 sqm) was only completed in 2024 with a lot of passion and, in addition to the cozy furnishings, of course, also has all the amenities of a new building. The apartment invites long-term vacationers, cyclists or commuters alike to linger. Margetshöchheim is located directly on the Main River, opposite Veitshöchheim, about 7 km from Würzburg.

In the heart of Erlabrunn we offer you a spacious attic apartment for up to 6 people. When booking for three or more people, a second bedroom and bathroom are available on a full 85 square meters. Ceiling fans provide a feel-good climate, so that our guests have a pleasant stay even in summer temperatures. A large covered balcony invites you to have a nightcap with a view of the Main Valley.

Bright accommodation at Ringpark

The bright and central apartment is located directly between the Ringpark and Südbahnhof Würzburg. It is designed for up to four overnight guests. In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed and in the living room a sofa bed with also 1.60 m width. The kitchen is basically equipped. In addition to a spacious shower tub, the bathroom also has a washer-dryer, which makes longer stays possible.
