Robert was a fantastic host. The place was very cozy and peaceful and was everything needed for a wonderful getaway from the rustle and bustle of everyday life. To top it off, my girlfriend and I got ourselves stuck and he helped dig and push our car put and was even willing to help tow us out if it came to that. He went above and beyond anything I’d expect from a host. And I highly recommend staying at one of his locations if you want a great place to stay and a host who has your back. We’ll definitely be back!

A Perfect Valentine’s Getaway on Lake Superior I can’t say enough about this incredible cabin on Lake Superior—it was everything I hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully designed to create the perfect escape. The cabin itself was stunning, with warm, inviting decor and high-end finishing touches that made it feel both luxurious and cozy. The fireplace, soft lighting, and plush furnishings set the perfect mood for a romantic getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare a special meal without missing a thing. The highlight, of course, was the hot tub overlooking the lake. Listening to the icy waves crash while soaking in the warmth was absolutely magical, especially under the stars. It was the perfect place to unwind. Beyond the incredible amenities, the location was unbeatable—private, peaceful, and with breathtaking views of Lake Superior.

We had a great one night stay. We arrived to a warm apartment which was great. Jolanta provided clear instructions on finding the unit. She was incredibly responsive and helpful. The area is a bit remote/off the beaten path, so just keep that in mind depending on what you need. Overall, I’d recommend!

Our stay was great, we went for a hockey tournament and stayed together as a team. Jim and Tracey left a welcome note, some treats by the bed and in the fridge. There were great with getting back to me and answering questions . Easy check in and allowed us to check out later than scheduled. House was big and roomy . Overall great stay and would recommend to anyone else who was interested in staying there

Beth's place was exactly as described, very clean and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. Beth went above and beyond preparing the space with a high chair and pack and play for my little one. The play structures in the fenced back yard were perfect for some family outdoor time. Would definitely recommend!

Suzanne left us a great welcome card plus “ bling” for our outfits. A thoughtful gift which made our costumes/outfits look great. Thanks Would recommend the place for curlers!

The camp was beautiful and comfortable with everything one needed. I have a severe health issue and they bent over backward to try to accomodate me. I had made a comment to them about not having a bath, and they responded thet the photo of the bathroom showed that it didn't, so I just missed that. Brian responded quickly to all my questions. I was probably a difficult guest considering my specific needs so I was just hoping things would work out for me. All in all, I would recommend this space highly and am grateful to Brian and Donna for their pateince and kindness.

Absolutely love this place. I think me and my family were the one of the first handful of guests that stayed at this place when it was newly listed. Since then, I always look to see if it’s available because me and my family love the quietness and peacefulness of the area and it’s pretty easy to get in and around the city from this location. Definitely another one of my favourite go - to Air BnBs!

Just book it! My husband and I agree- the best view we’ve ever had! Beautiful at sunrise through sunset, followed by the most perfect stars once darkness sets in. There is a lot of fun hiking in the area and this made such a perfect home base. The views from the hot tub are unbelievable! Scotty was responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We were traveling with our two young daughters who loved the space- plenty of room for all of us. If we’re lucky enough to have the opportunity to stay here again, we enthusiastically would.

We felt at home staying at Suzanne's place. It was perfect for our needs. She is a gracious host. She had a wonderful home cooked meal ready for us. We really appreciated it after our long drive to Thunder Bay. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The whole place is very clean, cozy and comfortable. Her beautiful back yard is fenced in which was perfect for our dog in between his walks. We would recommend her place to anyone looking for accomodations in Thunder Bay. We would book her place again without hesitation.

Great, quiet, and remote cabin – perfect for a peaceful getaway while we were in area to fish on a lake nearby. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a family emergency, so we didn’t get to fully enjoy our stay. The hosts were very kind and responsive throughout. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I'm sure it's even more enjoyable in the summer when you can make the most of the outdoor space.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Terrace Bay was absolutely perfect! We traveled during the holidays to reunite with friends, and this place was the ideal setting for our getaway. The home was cozy, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, providing thoughtful touches including a beautifully decorated Christmas tree that made us feel right at home. It was a wonderful place to relax and catch up with friends. Kate’s suite was absolute perfect!! My 2 dogs and I are on a cross country drive so we only stayed one night. I would love to stay longer and enjoy the nearby beach and trail. The suite was exactly as described and had everything and more that we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this spot and would definitely stay again.
