The big balcony is equipped with table and chairs as well as an awning and has sun from morning to evening. With its bright oak parquet and stylish furniture the apartment is inviting to feel good.

This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula.
