If you cross just one river, you can meet the latest Ho Chi Minh City... Can there be a view/outlook/night view in a property of this price range? I even have doubts. There are many restaurants around and convenient shopping at GS25, etc. Grab taxi is also fast and cheap for about 50,000 won to the middle of the 1st group city~~~ With this accommodation equipped with a living room and terrace...there is no need to use a hotel anymore It is the best choice.

Very good apartment amazing location wonderful view, also the building overall was amazing the shops and cafes around the building was good, definitely I would like to stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at Linh’s place! She was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout the entire trip. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in the new city of Saigon that it has wonderful view to the heart of the city. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The apartment had everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy bed. It really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great experience!

Nice, new, fully equipped aparrment with beautiful night view, closed to city center (5 min by car). Tina is friendly and very responsive. Apartment is easy to access. I will definitely book this place again.
