Monthly Rentals in Threemilestone

We came to stay at The Annex as my partner had surgery booked at The Duchy Hospital. It was brilliant from the second we walked through the door. After a long journey, we were welcomed with a tray of tea and biscuits with milk in the fridge. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need as is the bathroom. Having a TV in the bedroom was great for when my partner needed to rest in bed. Terry is a flexible, compassionate and responsive host, quick to reply to any questions. The whole Accomodation was spotless and it was very handy having parking on site. The bed was amazingly comfortable, so much so we took a photo of the make! And recliner settee was a bonus! Thank you Terry for a lovely stay 🥰

Had a nice welcome from Sally on arrival, despite the key being available for self check-in. The house is as described and shown on the photos, which suited a family of three perfectly. A home made lemon cake was left for us in the kitchen (and it was delicious), along with some mini Easter eggs. There were basic food supplies, e.g. milk, salt & pepper, coffee etc, plus towels and soap, shower gel, etc. Everything in the house is clean and there is a nice selection of games, books and dvds. The wifi connection is a little slow and we couldn't get mobile reception, but this is a rural location, so not a great surprise. After long days of exploring Cornwall, it was always nice to come back here and enjoy a cozy evening. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Sally and her house.

I stayed in the loft for 6 full weeks while I was working at Royal Cornwall Hospital, which is just a 5 minute walk up the road. Shops and a great gym are also walking distance so it suited me perfectly. It had all the essentials I needed and lots of little extra luxuries to make it even better. The area is great and the big gardens are absolutely gorgeous
