Townhome vacation rentals in Thousand Palms

We were in town for a basketball tournament and decided to make it a mini vacation to also celebrate my birthday. Our family really enjoyed our stay at George and Randy's place! The home and complex are beautifully maintained with plenty to do. Our family enjoyed the pools and tennis as well as the games and puzzles provided. The hosts were very responsive any time I had a question. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay! The place was exactly as described and easy to access in a gated neighborhood. Excellent location for the Coachella festival with an easy short route to Monroe to get to the Polo Fields. Had all the amenities we needed and was clean as a whistle. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home overlooking golf course. Great sunrise with your morning coffee!! Home was well equipped and decorated nicely. We honored the no music or loud noise so if you want to party a bit probably isn’t place for you. Diffidently would come back

The place looked great both in the photos and in person, the pictures do a good job of accurately showcasing the space. Very convenient to have a garage and the place was perfect for our short trip. Jay was also very responsive, even responding to messages and questions I had at a later time of the day. Would definitely recommend the place if you have a friend or family group that wanted the space

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Char's place while attending the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The Legacy Villas complex is a beautiful and quiet setting. Char's spacious one bedroom was perfect for the two of us. It's nicely furnished and comfortable. Great kitchen, thoughtfully furnished. All communications were easy and responsive. Would definitely return!

Linda’s home far exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s very spacious and fully stocked with everything you would ever need or want during your stay. We loved the ambiance of the home being so comfortable, cozy and safe. We also loved spending time out on the patio. The Million $$ views are stunning and the property is so very well kept and pristine. It’s so perfect. The home is very easy to get to from the airport or driving in from anywhere. It’s very close to Ralph’s, the local grocery store, as well as the Living Desert Zoo and so many other attractions. The pool and hot tub are super close, making it convenient to use daily if so desired. Linda is definitely a Super Host. She is very responsive and proactive. Our stay was a month and Linda checked in with us periodically to ensure all was well and if we needed anything. So very appreciated. Thank you Linda for giving us the opportunity to vacation at your PVCC home. We loved it so much we’re already booked in next year?

Great place to stay near old town La Quinta!!! Super walkable, easy parking and has all the amenities you need. It can be tough to find a reasonably priced dog-friendly spot and this is it!!

Beautiful condo - beautiful views from the living room/kitchen/dining room/back porch. Very peaceful and friendly neighborhood. Close to everything. Fully stocked with amenities and room to enjoy family/friends.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home in Palm Desert, and it was just as perfect as we remembered. Located in a quiet, gated community, the property offers access to amazing amenities—golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, and plenty of pools and jacuzzis. The house is spotless and fully stocked with everything you need, making it feel like a true home away from home. We love coming back here and look forward to staying again!

Our stay in the Tennis Villas at La Quinta Resort was absolutely perfect for a family getaway! Traveling with two young kids and my parents, we needed a space that was both comfortable and convenient, and this Airbnb delivered in every way. The house had large bedrooms that gave everyone plenty of room to spread out. The décor was warm and inviting, making it feel like a true home away from home. My kids were thrilled to find that the pool was just outside the back door—close enough to grab a snack or a quick refill of your drink and be quickly back in the pool - and for us having pool toys and floats there was awesome! One of the best parts was how easily we could walk to the resort’s restaurants. With little ones in tow, it was a relief to have dining options nearby without having to pack everyone up in a car every time we wanted to eat out or grab snacks. Avocado Toast (loved the theme!) made our family trip a winner amongst all of us. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Very nice place for the price. Esther was kind, responsive and easy to communicate. We felt right at home. We did not have a chance to enjoy the pool and amenities as we were there because my mom was in the hospital. We would definitely stay at Esther’s place again.

Super comfortable, please and great for babies. My parents stayed here and baby shot my one year-old daughter while my husband and I attended the wedding. The location was great, the community is beautiful, and the baby even got to watch Dad golf on the course!

We husband and dogs enjoyed our stay. The home and pool are just what we needed. They were great hosts. Very responsive, easy check in, and great place. We will definitely be booking again.

Came to stay with my son find a warm place in the United States. We found out and more peaceful morning listening to bird song. Look at the golf course cooking breakfast, watching the ducks with my dog who is just steps away. we had an amazing restful rejuvenating vacation love Palm Desert went to Palm Springs for one day. Palm Desert is much cleaner.

Lovely casita and setting. Palm Desert is so central to everything. Loved the golfers going by every morning. The neighbors were lovely. Swimming pool was so close. We loved it!

I wanted to thank Chris and Jillian for letting my stay at their condo and was exactly what I was hoping for. I appreciate them making some allowances for me which made my stay even better. Thank you both Scott

The townhome was well decorated and I really grew fond of the decor; especially the bathrooms (faucets, toilets, Tile, showers etc). Amenities were top notch & had all necessary kitchen gadgets & laundry needs. The views of the Golf Course & Mountains were as advertised (in the pictures). The place was 2 stories and both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms which was great. To be transparent; my only gripe was the lack of room darkening blinds; or a door to the Master Bathroom which made it difficult to ‘sleep-in’ as the room was BRIGHT @ 6am (granted I stayed in mid-May). It was only myself staying there so the size of the home was adequate; but wouldn’t suggest housing more than 2 people (or a couple and 1 child). Overall the communication with Tex was solid and pleasantly pleased with my almost 2 week stay. Lastly the Pool & Hot Tub were literally steps from the patio (which was mostly unoccupied 99% of the time if you enjoy having a pool all to yourself).

Nina was a fantastic host—her warm hospitality and constant communication made our check-in, stay, and departure seamless. We truly appreciated her attentiveness and will definitely book again!

We were staying here for a friend’s wedding close by at the La Quinta resort. We wanted something a little more private and home-y, as we had a baby with us. The home had everything we needed for a peaceful stay. Big rooms, king beds, bathrooms, washer/dryer. With the added amenities (pool, jacuzzi, desert walking trail) it was a clear, no-brainer great place to stay.

This listing was amazing. It had beautiful views, the house was gorgeous, the hosts were great. Would definitely recommend booking to anyone.
