We booked Barry’s place last minute due to a terrible first AirBnB booking so considering we contacted Barry at 8pm the same night of our stay, he was amazingly responsive and got us in straight away! The place was so perfect and exactly like the photos. The pool / outside area was used daily. The added pool toys and things to do was our highlight! Barry’s place had everything you could ever need to stay for a while or for a short time. I will absolutely be booking this place again! Thanks again for an unforgettable stay. One of the best AirbNb’s we’ve stayed at!

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

We had a great stay at Frank’s home. It was perfect for our small family, and would be great for a huge family as well. It was much bigger than what we expected. Everything was sparkling clean. The games were a great addition when we were just hanging around the house. The check in was easy as well. Frank literally does a walk through explaining where things are, and how things work over the phone. That was incredibly helpful. He also had cold waters in the fridge for us, which was refreshing after a long drive. Frank was especially helpful & gracious answering all my questions. This was our 1st stay in an Airbnb. From the start to finish, Frank made it an easy & great experience. He sent me an email within minutes of booking, and kept in touch continuously from booking until checkout. I felt like I was talking to a friend by the end of our stay. He never one time acted like I was a bother. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 1st Airbnb stay. Thank you Frank!!

We had a great stay here! Adam was very responsive and accommodated an early check in and late check out. It was very clean, well stocked, and the kitchen/living rooms were actually more spacious than they looked in the photos. We especially enjoyed sitting under the umbrella in the pool. It was also only a 10-20 minute uber to Coachella even with the traffic. We’d definitely stay here again!

Steve and Nina are super friendly hosts, checked-in on us regularly during our stay and were available for anything we needed. Couldnt ask for anything more in a host really. The house was beautiful, modern, clean, updated and set up nicely for a family or group of friends getting together, and they allowed our well behaved dog to join us as well. The backyard was the star, with plenty of seating, shade spots, great views of the palm trees and mountains and the pool was clean, warm and ready to use upon arrival. The house is located in a convenient central PS location, on a busy road in the front, right across from the The Seguaro Hotel (fun place too), but you couldnt hear anything in the beautiful backyard oasis. Our only recommendation would be to add a king bed option for the primary, regardless would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice stay in Palm Springs.

This house was perfect for 3 couples. The AC and fans made the house a comfortable temp. All the appliances worked well including the gas grill. WiFi is very reliable. We did buy a bag of ice and brought our own coffee. Plenty of pots, pans, pyrex dishes, and utensils. Even had lots of herbs and spices. Did not use the pool, hot tub, TV or washing machine. All the beds were comfy, water pressure is good and temperature is hot. Both dining tables (inside and out) fit 6 people nicely. The kitchen table was used for a puzzle. The neighborhood is quiet. Host is very responsive. I advised we were low on dishwashing liquid and she had it on the front door step in 20 minutes. There is also a great selection of puzzles and games. We are already planning our return for Desert X in 2027.
