Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Shell House was a perfect place for us to base ourselves while in LA. Walking distance from Venice beach and the canals and an easy drive to all the other main sights. Courtney is a super host and super attentive. Helped us out loads with our baby boy ensuring we had everything to make our stay perfect!

We had the most amazing time staying at Sara's beautiful home in Mt. Washington neighborhood for our girls’ weekend in LA! The house was absolutely perfect—charming, clean, and full of light, with stunning views of the mountains to the north and that made every morning feel like a dream. We loved sipping coffee on the balcony and enjoying the sounds of birds; and smelling the fruit tree blossoms in the evenings. The location was ideal—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still super close to all the fun spots in Echo Park, Highland Park, and Downtown LA. We even snuck in a mini hike right nearby, which was such a bonus! Our host was welcoming and thoughtful—quick to respond; and check-in instructions was a breeze. We had everything that we needed too. You can really tell Sara cares about creating a relaxing and memorable experience for guests. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, serene home base in LA. We’re already planning our next girls’ trip back!

The stay was absolutely delightful! Coni is a fantastic hostess, and was very welcoming. I would definitely come back here with my family if I came back to LA. The house is very spacious, charming and immaculately kept. The location is fantastic, and Coni’s dog is very friendly towards guests!

Sogand’d place was perfect. The location, space and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you need. The washer/dryer were also very useful as we were traveling with 2 babies. We already want to book again for next year!

We visited for our honeymoon. What a wonderful week it was. Waking up every morning to the sound of waves crashing into the beach and watching the sunset over the ocean each evening. We walked to the pier in the mornings and had dinner at Nobu which is also a short walk away. This was one of the most fabulous experiences I have had on air bnb. Zero complaints about this most excellent spot!

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

Georgetta was very pleasant and answered very quickly. Place is close to all the places we wanted to visit. Will book again.

What a great place! Can't beat the location, quiet and cozy, two minute walk to the beach, lots of good shops and restaurants. The place is super cute and perfect for one or two. Great host and I'd love to be welcomed back.

This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. absolutely STUNNING!!!! pictures do not do this place justice and the waves that crash up makes the world's most peaceful sleep!!! My husband LOVED the shower the water pressure was the best and the water got super hot! beds were comfy, everything was clean and neat, parking was private and everything was exceptional!! thank you so much
