Rustic, historic 500 sq. foot studio cottage comfortable for 2 people but will accommodate up to 4 by request. Located 5 miles above Oakhurst. Only 13 miles to the south ENTRANCE of Yosemite, about 35 miles to Badger Pass ski area, 47 miles to Yosemite Valley and only 3 miles to Bass Lake. Bird and wildlife friendly yard so expect "interesting" surroundings. Eco friendly. People from all walks of life are welcome here. Very unique, cool, shabby chic farmhouse style condo. Pristine and recently remodeled throughout. Located on the main floor across from the pool (closes in fall) & hot tub and direct parking for 1 car only in front. It has a pvt. balcony and is centrally located within a block of the free shuttle that takes you to the mountain. Walking distance to grocery and amazing restaurants! Sorry no pets.
