Beautiful 85 m2 ground floor appartment, fantastic view over the Thouet valley and river, 55 m2 private terrace. the Appartment is on the ground floor valley side of a beautiful house. Not suitable for handicapped guests. Huge garden which you will share with very discret hosts. Large Barbecue terrace, plunging pool Ping Pong, Boules area, vegetable garden.
