It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo, Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs. The garden is enclosed by hedging and fencing but it is not dog proof.

House doesn’t quite describe Seagulls as accommodation is on one floor with a bit on ground floor. Close to the ancient Moot Hall, approx 60 second walk to the beach, boat pond and 2 mins to one of the best fish and chip shops in the area, the Co-op (conveniently open long hours) and other great shops, restaurants and cinema.
