Monthly Rentals in Thomastown

Juan and Shaz are such amazing and friendly people. When we first arrived at the AirBnb, they were very considerate to leave the aircon on for us as it was steaming hot that day. My partner and I both felt very grateful at that time. We both loved the fact that they provided us with the basics for breakfast and I already miss the strawberry jam they gave us! It was sooo good. The stay itself was very clean and well organised. The kitchen had the utensils you needed, the bedroom has a manual shutter which I loved as it blocked out all lights from the outside. But our favourite was the bathroom. Really enjoyed the dual shower heads and just felt great to take a shower after Melbourne’s unpredictable weather. Thanks a lot to Juan and Shaz for being such great hosts!

Really nice little place, feels very spacious inside. Also very well equipped with anything you could need. Nice and private since it's a quiet area but only 5-10 minutes to several shops. Responsive host if you need anything.

Beautiful little place, my own little holiday/work escape for 7 day. If the opportunity comes again, I would book it again with a heart beat ❤️. Lam was wonderful, very responsive, hard working woman, always constantly moving and clean. Making sure everything is smooth. We had a very comfortable stay and Marios and Marie are such a lovely and kind host. They offered to show us their this place in person before we confirmed our booking. It is really helpful and gave us relief because we had a quite long stay (more than a month). They also helped us with our special needs for our baby. Their house is super clean and all facilities are well maintained. The location is convenient too as it is very closed to bus/train stations. It is a walkable distance to Lalor market. Highly recommended place to stay in Thomastown.
