Set within the grounds of the Manor House, It is a quirky upside down cottage with a well appointed modern kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor with sitting room upstairs, private garden with table and chairs. Three Tuns House Cottage is set in the village of knayton on the outskirts of Thirsk. it is situated 4 miles from Thirsk and 4 miles from Northallerton and is also close to the North Yorkshire Moors and is located on the national cycle route the village of knayton has a fantastic pub called The Dog and Gun, the pub is very friendly and has lovely Village atmosphere it does a great pint of real ale and the food is fantastic, and is a Stone throw from our Cottage. We allow dogs, sorry no cats

Separate to our main home, and having wonderful views, guests can visit nearby Fountains abbey, Brimham rocks, Grassington and lots of other lovely places of interest, as well as nearby walks. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.
