Access to the Véloroute du Lin is 2 minutes from the cottage with routes to Fecamp and GR21 hiking trail.

Come and rest at the farm, in the old bread oven of the renovated farmhouse. Enjoy the wood-burning stove, Scandinavian wood decor and winter garden. The library is at your disposal and you will benefit from many amenities (barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). The sea is a stone's throw away (30-minute walk, 2 km drive) and beautiful walks on foot or by bike will allow you to discover the Pays de Caux (GR21, marked trails).

Located 5 Minutes walk from the city center, 15 Minutes walk from the beach and close to a small square with many food shops, house of 65m2 with small terrace. For parking, there are free spaces in front of the house or other nearby spaces with a parking disc that I make available.

Old refurbished photo studio of 90 m2 offering a nice ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of an 8200 m2 lot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian.
