We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuel's for the holidays. It's a haven of peace, perfect for disconnecting and a change of scenery. The amenities are modern and very well maintained, making the place even more enjoyable. You really feel at home there! I would highly recommend it: the host is very available and exceptionally kind.

Philippe was an extremely welcoming and accommodating host: he allowed us to arrive and leave at a time that suited us. He gave us many tips for us to have a wonderful stay. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. There was everything you need to host a large group like ours. Some amenities show signs of aging but we explained everything to Philippe and he will take care of it. The garden was large, well flowered and fully fenced which was perfect for our dogs. We had a lovely weekend at Philippe's and, apart from the price that seemed excessive, we have nothing to reproach this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay with our 3 families. Everybody could relax after our long walking tours through Paris in the wonderful house, garden and pool. Thank you so much for your hospitality Guillaume! Everything was in walking distance: food, bakery and public transportation. We enjoyed our week in Paris very much.

We had a nice week in Ypres. The house is within walking distance of the city and at the same time very private. Spacious kitchen, with all the comforts. The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor are on the small side, upstairs the rooms and bathroom are more spacious. Communication with Dirk was very smooth, clear instructions and he is definitely ready if you have any questions or want tips. In short, this house is recommended!

On the occasion of my 30th birthday, I wanted to mark the occasion! I absolutely do not regret my choice! The villa is true to the photos and welcoming properties. I would 100% recommend!

There were five of us in the Villa Georges for three days and we enjoyed our time there. The house is very special. It was extensively renovated and furnished with great taste. The kitchen is large, beautiful and equipped with everything you might need. There is even crockery in different designs. If you like, you can set the large table in the dining room in a different style every day. :-) On the first day, Renaud welcomed us and guided us through the villa. Otherwise, he responded immediately by email to our questions and took very good care of us. As a gift, there was a local beer to try. Renaud has also put together tips for things to do and shopping. We went hiking for a day and also tried out restaurant tips. We liked the bar/restaurant La Bastide just around the corner for an aperitif and dinner. We highly recommend Villa Georges and its host Renaud!

Beautiful property ideal for a family stay Large enough to accommodate various rooms and bathrooms where everyone has their privacy ( just a shame that there is no shampoo or shower gel) and beautiful spaces for common activities. Beautiful kitchen very well equipped and sufficient for 20 people. Hot, clean pool. Large garden and accessories for the kids. A few walks in the area. We had a lovely Easter weekend.

Perfect weekend with a large group of friends. Wonderful weather, nice BBQ, delicious on the Meuse. Fantastically large tables and enough space. The house feels like a hotel, and the Host was super friendly and everything was thought of. We will definitely come back!

Top stay! Everything was there ,a lot of comfort, cozy for large and small, modern homely atmosphere, beautiful rooms ..... Beautiful view,fire basket, sun loungers, and and and and ........We were able to play tennis, pétanque, ping-pong, billiards, jaccuzi the children did not get bored for a moment. Also the small things such as toilet paper , paper towels, dishwashing tablets, many small amenities where you just don't have to walk directly to the shop. Kitchen well equipped with equipment. And we were still very lucky, in early April 20 degrees and could go kayaking. Our weekend was a success! GREAT thank you

blandine is very available and adapts to all circumstances!!!! The accommodation is well located; very clean, very accessible with all the necessary amenities! the private lounge with sound system allowed us to celebrate the anniversary of our friendship and have a sublime time The jaccuzi is simply!!! i highly recommend the villa and blandine is simply a wonderful person mmmm from Paris!!! We had a fantastic time at Stephan’s home and all of us enjoyed what was on offer for different reasons. The pool table and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone and as an experienced host Stephan has clearly thought of everything. We would 100% recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back if/when we are in the area again.

The house is beautiful in lovely peaceful surroundings. The pool was lovely and we had everything we needed. Elena was responsive and came and met us when we arrived to show us around the house and tell us how everything worked. The listing was informative and we were able to follow the instructions to find the house without any problems, the area is very quiet but there are shops and tram station very close by.

We had an amazing stay here with a group of 6. Annick is very helpful and welcoming, would definitely recommend!!

Enormously enjoyed a family weekend at Severine's home! We were 11 and had all the space and comfort. The cottage is a huge pleasure. Very nice, tidy, everything you needed and the pool table and definitely the pool was a very big plus! Within walking distance of the sea and also nearby, there was plenty to see and visit! We had time short…..

We had a great time with the family in Alexandra's villa! She was very kind, accessible and always available to answer our questions. In addition, she let us leave at our ease, which made our departure even more enjoyable. The place was perfect, clean, and good location. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet stay!

Would highly recommend if driving. Only a 30 min drive to central brussels. Clara provided perfect check in and out instructions and was available during our stay had we needed any questions answered.

A big thank you to Emmanuel for this great experience! Her place is just perfect: it fits in every way with the photos and great reviews left before. Upon arrival, we found a clean, well-maintained and perfectly equipped space, which made our stay extremely enjoyable. But what particularly marked us was Emmanuel's kindness and flexibility. Due to an issue on our side, our reservation had been canceled, and it would have been completely understandable that she decided not to reactivate it. However, she agreed to reopen the reservation, allowing us to pay for the second part of the stay and fully enjoy the accommodation. This gesture, both caring and understanding, really made all the difference .
