Welcome to a little piece of heaven in the very heart of Paris. After years of living in the city of light, my husband Matteo and I found our dream home in the Parisian 5th arrondissement, within a late-19th-century haussmanian building in perfect state. We are renting a typical Parisian single space studio or "Chambre de bonne", 12m2 just above our apartment but with an indepent entrance. We have an unbeatable location that connects you to all main sights yet still feels local and authentic.

Located in Tervuren next to the Arboretum (2min walking), La Vista is a green paradise for nature lovers, racing & mountain bikers, and business travelers. It has the access to nature, combined with comfort and country-side feeling nearby the city (Brussels, Leuven & Wavre are only 20min away). The Green Pavilion has free WiFi, 1 large flat screen, fully equipped kitchen with Nexpresso machine, a shower room. Guests can relax on their private terrace, enjoy unique and stunning view on meadows.

You will appreciate this recent, quiet accommodation, located in a green path, its comfort, brightness, superb fully equipped kitchen, private parking right next to the entrance with electric vehicle charger. Perfect for a couple (baby bed) or solo traveler. The neighborhood is residential but 500 m from shops, restaurants, bus station, 1 km from Waterloo Golf, 20 min from Brussels and Louvain-la-Neuve. 8% of the rent corresponds to the rental of the furniture.

Kick back and relax in this calm, relaxing space. Located in the heart of Ostrevent, in the countryside, discover this 45 m2 suite that includes all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. There is a 3-seater Hotspring Jacuzzi, an infrared sauna, a giant screen, a kitchen area, a king size bed (180 x 200), a curved TV with Nintendo Switch, a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Molotov, board games... will be present to complete your jacuzzi and sauna sessions

We welcome you to our independent annex studio, a recently renovated and isolated chalet, in the heart of our garden, in the shade of a large oak tree. Located in the town of Disneyland, in Coupvray, in a residential area, 800 m from Esbly train station allowing you to go, among other things: - to Disneyland Paris by bus (Transdev line 2261 and line 2262, SNCF line N141) in 20 minutes - to Paris (Gare de l'Est) by Transilien train line P in 30 minutes.

The guesthouse consists of 1 bedroom - kitchen - living area- toilet - bathroom. Everything is brand new (building finished in 2017 and completely painted in march 2021). With a private surface of 80 m², you certainly have enough space to enjoy your stay. You are welcome to use the garden & terrace . Close to a river, at the start of many hikes, you will have all the comfort and tranquility for a pleasant stay in the heart of nature. The interior of the loft consists of a beautiful room with equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and sleeping area; a small bedroom and a nice bathroom (shower and bathtub). On request, we offer good typical meals.

Located on the site of an old mill in a 2.5-hectare park crossed by the river "La petite Honnelles", the Cottage Sous le Cerisier will allow you to recharge your batteries with complete peace of mind. Around the pond, you can watch, quietly seated by the water, dragonflies, kingfishers, water chickens... If the weather is not great, our cottage will be the perfect place to rest in peace in a cozy and soothing cocoon

Independent accommodation overlooking the river

Treat yourself to a relaxing moment and nature! This 40 m² accommodation is an annex to the owner's house but it is independent and offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay. It includes a large main room (kitchen – dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, induction cooktop, coffee maker, etc. – TV, sofa bed, fireplace, etc.), a shower room with toilet as well as a terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture.

Cozy studio located in the Sart district of Villeneuve d'Ascq and featuring a private terrace accessible by a staircase. The neighborhood is very quiet and ideally located, with easy access to Pierre Mauroy Stadium by metro or to the center of Lille (10 min by car or metro and 20 min tram). Tram or metro stations are less than 10 minutes' walk away.
