Very close to the subway station, there are restaurants nearby, all within walking distance.

The studio was beautiful and the perfect place for a long weekend stay. The entrance stood out as the most gorgeous and private thing.

Exactly as shown in the photos, very comfortable, the host responds easily and helped us with all our questions. Definitely one of the best options, great cost and location.

The apartment is very clean, chic, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the artworks, the cute kitchen supplies, and the blackout curtains in the bedroom. The location is also great—it feels safe and lively without being overly touristy. There’s a beautiful park nearby, along with numerous boulangeries, specialty coffee shops, restaurants, and stores, all within walking distance.

Perfect place to visit surroundings. Apartment perfectly adapted for people with reduced mobility and wheelchairs. Despite the Tramway being nearby, no vibration, and despite the people going there, very intimate anyway due to the window treated as a mirror. It's very funny in the morning, to see people touch up their hair, check their makeup and without them seeing us! I woulddefinitely recommend this apartment.

Well located accommodation at the gates of Paris, accessible for reduced mobility and strollers. Julien is very responsive and the check-in went very well, I recommend it!

Great accommodation in beautiful surroundings. We were on a bike trip and it was easy to park the bikes in the shed connected to the house. The cherries from the tree were tasty!

Beautiful, bright vacation home with pleasant garden and terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped and user-friendly. We also found the house very child and dog friendly :-) thanks for the pleasant stay. We really enjoyed it!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful setting We stayed three days in this beautiful house in Langemark-Poelkappelle, near Ypres, as a base for a cycling weekend with friends in the Heuvelland. The house exceeded our expectations: very nicely furnished, very clean and equipped with every comfort. The beds were excellent and the bathrooms were modern and spacious. The host was friendly and helpful, and we were personally greeted, which immediately gave a warm welcome. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place. A perfect base for those who love cycling, nature and comfort. We would love to come back here again!

We stayed for one night. I like the place and also the location in general. Everything was squeaky clean (and we did hoover and clean kitchen and living room before leaving and brought out trash from all waste-paper baskets as required). It is spacey and well lit, two storeys (with sleeping quarters upstairs). High ceilings and a huge fireplace are a plus. There are only three minor quirks: The place is right opposite to a train station. In the morning, from 5am trains hollered several times before passing. You don't need an alarm clock, given you want to be awake at 5am. The other thing is a 70€ cleaning fee regardless of the duration of the stay and the number of people. We were only two persons, staying only one night (and quite cleanly, leaving everything as nice as we found it). We would have loved to use the furnace, but this is restricted to Henk's burning material and we got no answer on pour request to buy some from him. What a beautiful and cozy house with garden and in such a quiet place. The birds chirped cheerfully in the garden. Christiane and Luc were waiting for us, even though we were a little later than planned and they had warmed up the jacuzzi especially for our arrival. The whole house was shown extensively and everything explained. The house was an ok with all the comforts! Everything was thought of! Also the jeu de boule in the garden is very nice and you can also sit outside. Also nice that there are a few games in the house and hiking maps. Christiane and Luc are very hospitable and are very willing to come by to help with something if needed! We'd love to come back!

Already the third year in a row that we stay in this house for an extended weekend. Like every year, the house was in perfect order, and Linda & Peter were always ready to help us. We will definitely come back!

Lovely and spacious place at an amazing and lively location full of bars and restaurants. The place itself is very quiet because it’s inside a yard and it’s well protected from the noisy streets. Agnes was very welcoming and helpful. We did a late check in and were able to leave our suitcases longer after the checkout which really improved our last day of the stay. Un grand merci

We loved our weekend in Limburg in ‘den Hooyzolder’. Paul & Diantha are incredibly welcoming and have a lot of knowledge of the area they'd love to share with their guests. The farm has a beautiful large garden where fruits can be picked. Rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Also the sofa bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended !

A great option if travelling to explore Paris. Local train station at the end of the street and fantastic dining options in the street and nearby

Paul and Diantha are lovely, the location is beautiful. Couldn't have been a better place to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. The apartments are spacious and the garden we were able to enjoy is very large and beautiful.
