Emily is a wonderful hostess who went out of her way to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Her breakfasts were generous and always had fresh, new and interesting items to tempt… including cheeky chocolate chunks! The accommodation is also generous with plenty of space and, weather permitting, a lovely garden to enjoy. The position is also excellent, providing easy access to many of Belgium’s cities and attractions if you want to avoid moving from place to place. We highly recommend Emily’s place and plan to return in the future.

If you want to visit the Verdun area and the battlefield site, this place is perfect and not far from the site! Our host was very welcoming, she offered us a great pti dej, everything was perfect we recommend!!

Had a wonderful stay after a visit to Bruge. Travelling as 2 adults, 3 kids, there was lots of space and bedrooms were fantastic. Jan was so kind to us, and incredibly kind to our children, especially as we woke up on Easter Sunday. They arranged an Easter egg hunt for our children as we had arrived totally unprepared for Easter as had been on a road trip for the past 2 weeks. The kids also loved the chickens and the garden. Lots of lovely little touches, and to they gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat, and what to do on the next stage of our trip through Belgium. Would thoroughly recommend, especially for family's.

Freddy is a great host. The holiday home was exactly as described in the listing. Everything you need is there. Breakfast was very extensive and fresh!

we only stayed one night at Jans place we arrived around 8.30pm. its a very lovely cottage, everything there you could want, comfy beds, hot water and a wood burning stove if you wanted to light it, the stairs to the upstairs are very steep so be aware going up and down, both bedrooms have a tv and onsuite bathrooms, plus a downstairs toilet, plenty of room for the dogs and places to walk, bonus was we found a just eat delivery online.

We were delighted with our stay at this listing. The hosting was particularly warm and thoughtful. The two bedrooms, located side by side, were spacious, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The residence is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. The owner was extremely friendly and available throughout our stay. A delicious homemade breakfast was served to us in the morning, a real pleasure. We highly recommend this property and will be happy to go back.

The house is beautiful and decorated with pleasure. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, perfect for rest and relax. The house also has a very nice garden to enjoy a great breakfast if it's good weather. Paul and his mother were very attentive during our stay, making us feel right at home. From the house you can visit places of interest only fifteen minutes or half an hour, such as Mers-les-Bains or La Baie de Somme. It is very good place from which to discover the area of the Normandy coast. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Very friendly people! Beautiful apartment, pool and super large garden. My boys could play soccer. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast superbly.

Wonderful stay at Virginie's, extra welcome, the feeling of being at home, thanks to her partner and her little family, all incredibly kind. Impeccable accommodation, excellent bedding, no complaints apart from that we will certainly return. Best of all, an excellent homemade breakfast with lots of local products. Cathy and her husband are the sweetest, most helpful hosts ever. They made the room and bathroom very cozy for the guests, coffee and tea in the room, lovely bed. So you sleep on the top floor completely private. We got a delicious breakfast with fresh croissants and fresh bread. We found it heartwarming all for this amount. The village is not much on but for a transit it is a top spot!

Philippe and Dominique are a very friendly, kind, and attentive couple. Nothing to say, it was perfect and the hot tub is really great!!! We will be back!
