Vacation rentals with beach access in Théoule-sur-Mer

Stephanie’s place was the perfect getaway for our small family. She went above and beyond - stocking the apartment with not just the essentials, but thoughtful extras like beach toys, sunbeds, and games for kids. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and ideal for two adults and a child. We loved waking up to stunning sunrises and being just steps from the beach. The underground parking was a huge bonus. Stephanie’s care and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. We recommend renting a car to explore the area - don’t miss the amazing pastries at Benjamin Marquis or nearby supermarkets like Auchan and Monoprix. We absolutely loved our stay at Andre’s place! He met us at the station and was so hospitable, we felt right at home in the flat. It was so peaceful and perfect for our stay. Probably our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The village was peaceful and gorgeous and we had a wonderful time. We couldn’t recommend it enough!

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

Apartment exactly matches the photos, nicely decorated. Very well located, in front of the station ( but without train noise) allowing you to do everything on foot. 5 minutes from the beaches and close to a great bakery and a Monoprix. Karine is very responsive and the tips and addresses left in the apartment are very valuable. Finally , a great weekend that makes us want to come back soon .

The place was perfect for a long stay. Bright, quiet, very well-equipped, and above all the sea view is absolutely beautiful. We wish we could stay longer! The only difficulty I encountered was finding a parking space in the evening: returning after 7 p.m., it was sometimes complicated, there are people even in low season, and finally quite a few places on the street. I had the bad surprise one morning to find my car damaged. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, the setting is idyllic and the accommodation very comfortable. Would recommend 100%

A relaxing place with a superb view in a residence where the pool is a few meters away, sweet and very clean.. next to the snack bar(blue coffee) where you can taste excellent dishes of the day(thank you a pepone)fish or others, in a welcoming,family and sincere atmosphere..It was a magnificent stay in a really beautiful region.. Thank you to our host Suzanne and hope to be able to come back next year..

We spent 11 days in the fantastic villa and can recommend it without reservation! 100% great! The house is well-maintained, the layout is great and the outdoor area is very well-maintained. The view is the absolute highlight - a dream! You can sit on the terrace for hours and never get enough of this view. Parking right by the house is tight, but you can easily stand below the house and reach the villa via steps. The train connection is also great, which is really recommended for excursions! Communication with the host was straightforward, she was very attentive and gave us great tips for restaurants! Thank you again!

We had an amazing stay! My husband and I traveled with our two small kids (3.5 years old and almost 2) and the apartment was perfect for us. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody and space in the open kitchen/living/dining room to not feel cramped at all. The terrace balcony was a lovely feature too. The location is so easily walkable to everything, but off on a quiet side street. Aurelie was very responsive to any messages and incredibly helpful, offering her own suggestions and she even brought a small gift for each of our children that they loved. Highly recommend staying here!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits. We had a perfect holiday, the house has a beautiful sea view balcony, we had a family dinner on the balcony at night, it was so wonderful
