Bedroom with bed (140 × 200) and a living room (pull-out sofa 140 × 200) with small kitchen. A shower room connects both rooms. Each room is entered separately from the hallway.

Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Wichtig, wir wohnen an einer privaten Straße die nur mit Autos befahrbar ist, keine Busse (z.B. Ford-Transporter oder Mercedes-Sprinter). Gemütliche Drei-Zimmer Nichtraucher Bungalow mit Terrasse in ruhiger Gegend. Der Bungalow verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang mit Parkplatz für 2 Autos. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten. Gute Autobahnverbindung in der Nähe nach Bremen und Weserpark. Bettwäsche und Handtüche sind natürlich vorhanden, auch Smart-TV und Wlan sind inklusive.

The apartment is part of an ecologically restored rest farm with its own entrance. Whether a day tour along the Weser or a small exploration tour through the rural surroundings – here you can cycle, enjoy nature and relax. We ourselves live in the farmhouse right next door.
