One of our 2 boutique, self-contained rooms set in the grounds of a Grade II listed cottage in the heart of Ashdon village, 10 mins away from Saffron Walden and 30 mins from Cambridge. Surrounded by beautiful countryside with lovely local walks & places of interest. A warm welcome at the village pub. A 5/6 bedroom family friendly house in the heart of the picture postcard Essex village of Finchingfield with a year round hot tub, a garden with a heated swimming pool (from the third Fri in Apr until first Sun in Sep) and a trampoline. You will find a welcoming family home that we hope you enjoy as much as we do. Downstairs consists of an entrance hall, open plan kitchen with a separate utility room, a sitting room with a log burning stove and a grand and upright piano and a playroom/bedroom.

We are in the middle of the countryside for great walks, there is a hot-tub so bring your wellies and swim gear! So much space, privacy, equipment and character... a great place to relax and get together, but no loud parties please as we are on a smallholding not too far from neighbours !
