Brief Overview: Kapil’s place is in one of the towers of the Jaisalmer Fort . It has 6 rooms at present of which 3 have windows with great views of Jaisalmer city. Location: The place is located within the walls of Jaisalmer Fort and the last stretch into the fort needs to be covered by auto or walking as 4-wheelers are not allowed inside the fort. There are multiple eateries serving Indian and Continental food at a few minutes walk from Kapil’s place. Hospitality: Kapil was an amazing host and not only did he pick us up from Jaisalmer Railway Station at 11:30pm on the day of our arrival, he also dropped us off and helped us board our train at 1:00am on the last day of our stay in Jaisalmer. Throughout our stay at his place, he and his staff were attentive to our every need and regularly went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. They had a few staff too who were available for us even at late hours of the night. During our trip to Rajasthan, we stayed at multiple Airbnb accommodations with good experiences at all of them, however, we can confidently say that Kapil was the best host we had during our entire journey through 5 cities. Airbnb Accuracy: All pics and description on Airbnb of the three rooms we stayed in were accurate and the various facilities were maintained in very good condition. Overall Experience: We really enjoyed our stay at Kapil’s place and I have strongly recommended the same to a few of my friends and colleagues already. We wish Kapil all the very best in his goal to make his homestay a success and will surely stay there again whenever in Jaisalmer.

Vinod and his family was great! The views of this place was amazing and everyone was super responsive. Vinod even organized a dessert safari for us which was exactly what he described and more! He even went the extra length to give some of our group a tour and it was wonderful!

came to stay here with my colleagues for a short trip. The stay was so beautiful and comfortable. All of us felt right at home. Plus the location is so peaceful, away from any hustle bustle. Raghav is a very friendly host and was very helpful throughout the stay. He made sure that we experienced no inconvenience while staying.

Staying at the Arna Jharna Museum was a unique experience for me. Surrounded by nature and bird song - its a beautiful place to reset yourself and soak in the rhythms of a slow life. The space is simple yet comfortable, with everything you need. There's a lot to explore: take a tour of the museum to learn about indigenous wisdom, go on scenic nature trails, visit Arneshwar Mahadev Temple, and chat with the locals for interesting folklore. At night, be sure to look up to witness the breathtaking night sky full of stars! Highly recommended for a quiet and meaningful getaway.
