i had the most pleasant stay at Ranvijay’s place. The room was just as decribed in the pictures and the locality is so green. the house has a terrace with ample plants! it was very soothing 😊 I am very thankful for Ranvijay’s hospitality and all his help. I felt at home. Everyone is Super friendly and the house had such good vibes . I would love to stay here again :)

This is second time I’ve stayed here. Spotlessly clean. Modern style bathroom. Kitchenette perfect to prepare small meals. Or larger shared kitchen is available. Most importantly it’s safe. As solo female traveller, this is vital. Paota is fantastic bustling area in Jodhpur. Grocery shops, restaurants, vegetable wallas, ATM and autos all at your doorstep. It is quiet and peaceful (no barking street dogs!!), little bit construction noise (but everywhere in India is like that). Dr Anita is gracious, helpful and is simply lovely. Jaswant the caretaker made sure I was OK (despite language barrier). Great guy. They are there if you need them, whilst you can have 100% privacy. I’ll be back for 3rd stay later in the year.

A freestanding bathtub is filled with water and adorned with red rose petals. A wooden tray rests across the tub, holding a small platter of grapes and two glasses of wine. Soft candlelight adds a warm glow to the ambiance.

Loved our stay here. The location is within the cantonment area so we always had to give our information as we entered the gated area but made it feel safer and it was a great area. Easy to get rides from here and to explain where we were at. We had what we needed and more and enjoyed the bathtub! Overall great experience and I'd highly recommend.

Just off a main artery in old Jodhpur and through a large gate is a small courtyard surrounded by a multicolored collection of havelis — a village within the city — and on the left is Casa de Jodhpur, a refuge within the refuge. On a map, you may be in the center of a city, but in your room, you’d never know it. Ashish and family were the sweetest — consummate hosts — and were a great source of local info as well. My only reservation would be for those rigidly attached to modern-day building codes (window egress, door heights, and stair slopes in particular) — but then again you probably wouldn’t be looking to stay in an old house in an old city in the first place.

The place was very well managed and it was squeaky clean when we checked-in. The house has all the amenities that one could imagine. It was a perfect place for a group of 6 people. Piyush turned out to be the best host imaginable with great communication skills and was always available for us. Overall, it was a great experience for us at Piyush's place.
