The room is clean, the equipment is new, the host receives the problem and supports everything very quickly. Quite fully furnished, the common area is also a lot of items: iron, kitchen, big fridge,...Ms. Thao at Home is very enthusiastic, thoughtful and cute. Home in the street area is also quite good, moving to the central areas is also fast and easy. Thank you Home and will come back again sometime.

This place suited my group very well. All bedrooms were comfortable and the house was very clean. It was a little tricky to find the place initially for our group that arrived at different times. The immediate area is residential and a fantastic taste of local life. All the bright lights of the tourist must-sees are a short Grab ride away. Amenities provided at the house were appreciated (incl detergent powder for the washing machine). This is a townhouse and thus there are lots of stairs to be mindful of. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. The host was so friendly even when I contacted him late at night during check-in, so I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The house was so clean, the supplies were well prepared, and I could walk to the Evi in 5 minutes. The townhouse was spacious, so it was comfortable to live in, and the restaurant on the first floor was very well done.

Had an awesome stay here over the Reunification holiday weekend! The place was super spacious, perfect for groups and right in the heart of Saigon. We could easily walk to all the main spots, and the city was so alive with celebrations. The apartment was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to chill out after exploring, and the common areas were great for hanging out together. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze, even with all the holiday buzz. If you’re looking for a central spot in Saigon that’s perfect for a group, this is it. Would definitely stay here again!

Phoenix’s place was perfect for us. Between the location, the cleanliness, the layout, and the communication, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Each room has its own bathroom. The AC was a welcome treat after walking in the summer heat. There were tons of restaurants and cafes to choose from right down the street. I worked remotely for a week and the Wi-Fi worked just fine. This Airbnb was our home base for a week and it was perfect!

Vey nice house and I love it

It's really good value for the space and price in a county, and the car can enter for easy access, and the seat is on the first floor so you don't have to worry about the elevator!

I'll stay was very relaxing and the place was very clean and easy to access. The area is very good and there's lots of things to do in walkable distance. The balcony that we had was a very nice touch as well and beautiful to sit outside. Anh sent very clear instructions and check in and check out was very easy. Would recommend this place!

Well organized self check in, clean and quiet

Everything was fine. It was not very clean, although I asked for a good cleaning since I was with small children. And there was a smell of cigarettes.

Very nice, clean and well stocked apartment. The highlight is that the swimming pool is extremely impressive, spacious, clean and nice view – ideal for relaxing. Quiet space, close to the center, friendly host. Well worth the experience!

Kim was super attentive and was a lovely host! Kim gave us a plethora of recommendations to eat/see/do and provided so many adorable snacks for us. The place is clean and has a cute charm to it.

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

This place is a gem, you’ll be lucky to stay here. Beautiful kitchen with all amenities you need and huge fridge, comfy sofa with Netflix and all streaming services you love, great view from the balcony, washing machine with dryer. Toilets are state of the art with latest sensor tech and the bidets and all pristine clean. Great host very responsive and helpful. I hope to stay here again next time I’m in Vietnam.

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.
