Chuyen is the type of host that goes above and beyond! So welcoming and accommodating! Place gave us enough space to not feel clustered like one would in a typical hotel room. Unique layout for 1 bedroom, definitely in a good way. Lots of options nearby, spas- food - coffee.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We immediately felt at home here and were very satisfied. Communication was always quick and smooth. After check-out, we were also allowed to drop off our luggage. Also, the ability to wash your clothes was super convenient! We would recommend the property to anyone! The location is great for a few days in town and is also pleasantly quiet in the side street. Great location, nice view from both window and terrace, access to everything around, but what made it even better is Lam’s amazing hospitality, superb understanding, clear communication and positive attitude.

I had a really relaxing stay at Tony and Bella’s apartment. The space was clean, well-designed, and had everything I needed. The building itself felt upscale and secure, and the facilities like the pool and gym were a great bonus. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well throughout the stay. The location was also really convenient. It was quiet and easy to unwind, but just a short Grab ride from District 1 so getting around was no problem. Everything was smooth and hassle-free.

Lovely place and convenient location. Vincom Mall, subway and MM mega mart are all within walking distance.

Tina was extremely warm and accommodating as a host. She was always available to help. The house is a warm, cosy and exclusive place to stay for your vacations. Nice building and great facilities.

Beautiful condo on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City. Centrally located with a big mall within walking distance and surrounded by restaurants everywhere you look! Couldn't recommend this stay more!

I visited with a baby, and it's a complex with good facilities for children. The view is nice and the security is good. If you drive a little, there is an e-mart that has just opened. It was much better than the complicated 1st group. I'd like to visit again if I get the chance next time.

Fantastic host ! So responsive , accommodated a half day stay because we arrived early at a fair cost ! Very much appreciated, we arrived at 6 am and didn’t want to wait til check in! During the stay they were very responsive. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the amenities. Wow ! Everything you could ask for and MORE. You will NOT get these amenities at a hotel & I frequent at high end hotels - some of which make you pay for their saunas and pools. This place had it ALL! Location wise it was close to the epicentre of all the action but just outside and peaceful / close to wonderful street vendors and restaurants which we ate at daily and preferred over many of the restaurants. Don’t think twice about booking this stay . It’s great! One thing to be aware of is the mattress is very firm ( I like this but not all do so be aware ). 10/10 stay and hosts !

If you are looking for a great place to stay with a beautiful night view and a safe and clean place to stay in Ho Chi Minh, I highly recommend this place. There aren't many buildings yet, but you can walk to places you want, such as coffee, breakfast, and bars that are available from 7 o'clock, and you can reach all famous places and restaurants in 10-15 minutes by Grab. In addition, most of all, the accommodation was the same as the photos, and the surroundings are quiet, so you can sleep well, and there are many people jogging in the morning, and the compartment is well organized, so it's good to take a walk ~ Washing machine, styler, induction, everything was perfect, the residence itself had a good community, and ordering food was easy and fast ~ Most importantly, I was in a hurry to communicate with the host, and I was in a hurry to communicate early in the morning, and even though it was a day off, I was so grateful for the quick response and handling. I have a little greed that only I want to know because this place is really precious and more than I can imagine, but if you are planning a trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I write a review with the hope that you will visit this place. I'll be back here again!
