Peaceful and privately two stories farm house for rent. It's an studio room upstairs with kitchen, patio, air conditioner, bathroom(hot/cool water) and there is a small gym on the first floor. The guest house is individual in my small fruit farm in Thamai district, 4 kms from Thamai town, 15 kms from Chanthaburi city, 15kms from Chaolao Beach. The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

This was the perfect airbnb to unwind and relax. It is fully equipped with everything you need – the kitchen in particular was fully stocked and easy to use, which made cooking a pleasure. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Communication with the hosts was excellent – Viveca and Liv responded to all our questions immediately and even provided a very helpful guide that left nothing unanswered. I truly felt well taken care of. I’ll hopefully be back – thank you for everything!

Left just a few hours ago and already miss it. Really enjoyed my month here. This is not a place for lots of night life or entertainment, but more of a peaceful, quiet, laid back environment right on the beach. Spectacular view. It’s also worth mentioning the bed is very comfortable ( which can be a hit or miss at times ). Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

I really loved it here. This listing is exactly as described. The room is big and spacious with a very comfy bed. The house is extremely peaceful. And you are a small walk from the beach with a good selection of resteraunts. Vara is a extreme kind and friendly host, she gave me many good tips and advice about the area. And i enjoyed many coconuts and fresh fruits. Thank you so much. 😊🙌🌅

J’ai passé 22 jours dans cet appartement c’était parfait. Vous avez le centre commercial à 2 min la piscine sur le toit une salle de sport. Parfait pour une personne je n’ai pas essayé à deux mais je pense que ça va très bien aussi ! Petit point important je vous conseille d’avoir un scooter ou une voiture car sinon vous devez marcher 30 minutes pour aller à la plage ! Merci à l’hôte qui à répondu à mes questions ! Je vous conseille cette endroit et cette ville.

3 Bedroom Villa on the Beach

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.
