The "La Grange" gîte is a 73 m2 house (dining room with sofa bed, large bedroom with dressing room, equipped kitchen, private patio and garden, shower room and separate toilet). Accommodating up to 4 people, it is located in a 3200 m2 enclosed property with secure pool, relaxation SPA, private entrance and parking space.

A short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.
