Ranch House Cottage is a traditional stone farmhouse cottage set in the scenic Aberdeenshire countryside. Our cottage is the perfect spot for taking a walk through the countryside, spending time by the log burning fire, or enjoying a drink in our outdoor courtyard. While Ranch House Cottage has a lovely, rural feel, we are located just a 10 minute drive from the bustling town of Inverurie and are a short walk from the luxurious Thainstone House Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants. Michelle Marie’s cosy abode is located in the centre of the quaint hamlet of Oyne, Aberdeenshire in the North East of Scotland. Right in the centre of Aberdeenshire so ideal for adventurers! This charming wee granite cottage is snuggled into the idyllic countryside in the shadow of the local landmark, Bennachie, a large hill range which dominates the landscape.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
