Studio nr Science Park, Marshalls, Marleigh & City

Your room has its own entrance which is accessed at the side of the main house & allows self check in. We are just outside the city boundary and just a 15min bike ride along the river to the Town Centre. you can use the citi 3 bus stop which is just on the corner. The property has a small kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster & fridge. We have a small table & 2 chairs.There's a double bed, clothes storage plus ensuite with towels & toiletries provided plus underfloor heating for comfort.

A king room is presented with a blue accent wall and warm lighting. A spacious bed is adorned with a yellow throw and two white towels neatly displayed. Nightstands with lamps are positioned on either side, enhancing the room's modern design.

Newly refurbished king room with en-suite shower room. Equipped with wall mounted television, streaming services, freeview, Nespresso machine and full internet access. The room is completely independent with private access and nestled in the ground of a beautifully designed 1500's public house turned restaurant. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms altogether (can be booked independently or as a group) located at the back of the property with a luscious garden to enjoy (weather depending of course).

This cosy home is located in south Cambridge near to the train station and within half an hour walking distance of the historic city centre. The space is a separate building in our garden. We are located close to the vibrant Mill Road area, which has many independent shops, Delis and restaurants. Also close by is the Junction music venue, The Light cinema, tenpin bowling and Puregym. We are 10 minutes by bike from the biomedical campus and Addenbrookes Hospital.

Warm, light and airy study bedroom with en suite shower and toilet and it's own small kitchen area. The studio has a separate entrance, bike parking and lovely garden view. The huge desk becomes a bed without having to put away your work! Kitchen has a single induction hob, sink and fridge. Studio is fully equipped including all linen & towels supplied so suits overseas visitors. Change of linen and towels will be done weekly and a light clean.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

A tiny but perfectly formed ground floor and self contained annexe. Newly renovated, the design has taken inspiration from a shepherd’s hut to make the most of this tiny space. It has its own entrance to the side of the house using a keysafe so you may come and go as you please. There is parking for one car on the driveway directly in front of the accommodation. Welcome Tray provided. We are unable to accept children and pets.
