Our stay Max and Davide’s apartment was lovely. The flat is clean, much bigger than expected and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for accessing town and the beach and on a quiet street. Our communication with Max was very good and he had gave us loads of recommendations and tips, and he let us leave our bags in a locked room after checkout when we had a late flight.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

We stayed at Mariano’s place for 12 days and it was a great holiday. The apartment is exactly like the pictures with a few extras, super clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the washing machine was really helpful and waiting for us were local snacks, wine, bottled water and Coca Cola. The check-in was super easy with the lockbox and free street parking. For a perfect beach day Mariano provided umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels. Also provided were recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities and much more. We stayed in contact with Marian’s daughter Anastasia and she was super sweet, helpful and fast with her responses. If we come back to the sardines at another time we would choose this place once again!

La casa estaba súper limpia y las vistas eran increíbles daba gusto comer en la terraza, se ven desde el balcón la Isla de San Pietro y Sant Antonio . La casa está muy bien equipada y es muy cómoda y bonita. Fuimos con nuestra hija de 2 años y estuvimos muy agusto, nos pusieron también una cuna y una trona para ella. También disfrutamos mucho de la barbacoa. Es un pueblo tranquilo ideal para descansar. Tiene un mercado pequeño pero muy agradable. Es un buen punto para poder explorar el suroeste de la isla en coche. El puerto del ferry para ir a la isla de San Pietro está muy cerca de la casa. Estamos muy contentos y repetiríamos!

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in Danielas Unterkunft sehr genossen! Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden. Daniela war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Man merkt, dass sie sich Mühe gibt, ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder – danke, Daniela! 🙏🏼

Wahnsinnig tolle Lage, direkt am schönen Sandstrand. Wir waren zu dritt dort und jeder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer. Der Balkon ist sicherlich das Highlight dieser Unterkunft.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

Wir haben vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out jeden Moment genossen. Charmant eingerichtet, Lavazza Kaffemaschine, ausreichend Platz für bis zu 5 Personen, bequeme Betten und Kissen, gut ausgestattete Küche, 2 Badezimmer sowie eine Terrasse die es so wohl nur selten gibt - perfekt nach Westen ausgerichtet für Sonnenuntergänge der Extra-Klasse. Wer das nicht einmal in seinem Leben geniessen kann. hat etwas verpasst. Der Empfang durch Carlo war herzlich, selbst am sehr späten Abend (wir sind erst kurz vor Mitternacht eingetroffen). Die Gegend ist ein Traum, im Norden die touristisch noch nicht überloffene Costa Verde, im Süden beste Kite-Spots (Punta Trettu) und rundherum historische Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir (1 x Vater + 3 x Kids) können diese Unterkunft bedingungslos weiterempfehlen und werden hoffentlich wieder mal hier Gast sein dürfen.

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Geräte sind alle modern und gut bedienbar. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die sehr gut und leise ist. Es gibt ausreichend Dusch- und Handtücher. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern, es fehlen nur Ablagemöglickeiten im unteren Badezimmer.Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der sehr schöne Strand und viele gute Restaurants kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea klappte immer sehr gut. Es könnte mehr Teller und Töpfe geben, dann müsste man nicht so oft den Geschirrspüler anstellen. Gläser, Tassen und Besteck gibt es ausreichend. Der Wäscheständer ist zu klein und es fehlen definitiv Auflagen für die Holzliegen auf der oberen Terrasse. Das sind Dinge, die man sicher ändern kann.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Nähe zum Strand ist wirklich toll. Der Strand selbst ist auch wunderschön! Enrico ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt! Es war ein toller Urlaub, den wir nicht vergessen werden.

Casetta vicinissima ad una bella spiaggia e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere in serenità la propria vacanza. La casa era molto pulita e il self check in ci ha dato la possibilità di poter essere libere di entrare in casa nell' orario che ci veniva più comodo. Michele è un host reattivo e disponibile e ci ha dato consigli utili sulle cose da fare/vedere. Consigliato

Мы провели незабываемые 6 ночей на вилле, которая превзошла все ожидания. Вилла по размерам даже больше и уютней чем на фото. В прекрасном тихом месте в 30 шагах от моря. С балкона открывается потрескавший вид на бухту, и незабываемые впечатления от встречи рассвета за чашечкой кофе. Вилла укомплектована всем необходимым для пляжного отдыха, отдельный восторг вызывает кухню на которой есть даже больше чем необходимо в отпуске. Ощущение что хозяева о тебе очень позаботились. Все было очень чисто и уютно. Мария Виктория дала очень хорошие рекомендации по ресторанам и магазинам поблизости, это было очень ценно. Очень дружелюбные хозяева. И отличное месторасположение. Мы не первый раз на Сардинии, но это лучшая вилла на которой мы были. Спасибо большое, обязательно сюда вернемся.

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

We had a lovely time at this airbnb! It has everything you need and is really close to the beach 😊 It's a very friendly area w nice neighbors and their pets, including a little cat called Oreo. Graziella was very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come again!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Habe Patrizia nie persönlich getroffen, sie reagierte allerdings schnell auf Fragen und Probleme. Die Anweisungen für das Check-in waren klar und ausführlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Bett bequem. Es war ruhig und der Ausblick traumhaft schön. In der Nähe hat es schöne Strände. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen und ein Fahrzeug dringend zu empfehlen. Die Küche ist mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet, um selber kochen zu können. Hatte Probleme mit dem WLAN, Patrizia hat aber schnell darauf reagiert und es wieder zum funktionieren gebracht. Danke Patrizia!

Wir wurden herzlich von Monica in Empfang genommen und sie hat uns auch alles wichtige gezeigt zur Wohnung. Vom Balkon der Wohnung hat man einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und generell liegt sie sehr gut um Restaurants oder sonstiges zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung jedem weiter empfehlen, da sie zudem sauber als auch gemütlich war. Wenn

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

Really nice place. We loved the view, the terrace, the jacuzzi and the grill. The furnitures and every little detail in the house completed our stay, so nice and beautiful. Noemi was so helpful and kind. Parking is no problem. We were a little surprised that the neighbours were so close, but it was not a problem at all. A quiet area and we almost didn't see or hear them. We will for sure be back. We traveled a family at four with 2 young adults, for 14 days. Really nice stay in a beautiful and clean house, love it.
