Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

Danke für die wunderschöne, gepflegte Unterkunft mit guter Aufteilung. Wir (8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche im Haupthaus ist gut für mehrere Personen ausgestattet. Im Nebengebäude ist auch ein Bad und eine kleine Küche vorhanden. Für die Kinder sind Spielsachen/Kiste vorhanden. Bei Sauberkeit habe ich einen Stern abgezogen, da die Terrasse bei unserer Ankunft ziemlich dreckig war. Innen makellos. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Unsere Fragen haben wir immer sofort beantwortet bekommen. Es wurde am nächsten ein Techniker vorbeigeschickt, da bei der Außenbeleuchtung was nicht funktionierte. Den Ort selber finden wir eher heruntergekommen und verlassen. Es ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und Fischladen vorhanden. Diese haben aber sehr spezielle Öffnungszeiten. Das Restaurant nebenan ist so lala. An den beiden fußläufigen Stränden (ca. 10 Minuten) waren die Strandbars noch geschlossen. Liegt vielleicht daran, dass wir vor Saisonbeginn da waren.

L'appartamento è molto ampio e bello, eravamo in quattro e ognuno ha proprio avere la sua stanza. I bagni sono due, entrambi dotati di doccia. L'appartamento è in zona abbastanza centrale e vicino c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente la macchina. È dotato di tutto (asciugamani, phon, persino ombrellone da spiaggia). Rita è molto disponibile e ci ha anche dato molte informazioni utili per visitare Cagliari. Consigliatissimo

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Me & 3 friends had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious and nice. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fan helped me sleep. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook on the hob/oven or BBQ. The sea is a stones throw away. Vittorio was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa to my friends a s family!

Massimo est un Hôte exceptionnel ! Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes indépendants de Massimo, et il a toujours été disponible par mail voir physiquement sur place. C'est une personne chaleureuse, accueillante qui n'a qu'une obsession : Votre confort Merci Massimo ... car nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un environnement calme et superbe. En avril la mer est encore froide mais les paysages sont somptueux, et la plage à 70 m du gîte est un petit bijoux. Allez aussi voir les plages du côté de Chia ... un vrai petit paradis ! Bonne saison Massimo ... Au plaisir de se revoir peut être un jour Cordialement

Giovanni, Franca e Beniamino sono persone meravigliose. La loro casa vacanza è semplicemente perfetta per ogni tipo di attività da vacanza ricercata. Oltre alla loro più che completa struttura, chi decide di optare per questa casa vacanza ha tutto il necessario per godersi il tempo speso nel meraviglioso posto da loro organizzato con la beltà negli occhi. la casa di Stefano corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione ed è molto vicina ( 5 minuti a piedi ) dalla spiaggia del Poetto e dalla fermata dell'autobus per andare in centro a Cagliari , la casa è comoda e confortevole , provvista di tutto e con uno splendido giardino con tavolo esterno dove è possibile mangiare , da non tralasciare che Stefano ha due cani meravigliosi che starebbero in una zona separata , ma noi abbiamo chiesto di lasciarli liberi di venire anche nella zona dell'appartamento ed è stato divertentissimo interagire e giocare con loro . Mi sento di consigliare la casa di Stefano per una vacanza di mare in quanto davvero vicina alla spiaggia , dove ci sono chioschi che funzionano come bar e ristoranti in cui è molto bello mangiare o bere un drink al tramonto

L'appartamento di Paola è comodo, ben attrezzato e molto carino, non manca davvero nulla! inoltre si trova in una zona tranquilla della cittadina. Paola ci ha accolto e ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per un buon soggiorno, e ci ha dato disponibilità per ogni nostra necessità. siamo state bene e se possibile torneremo!

Wir fanden die Tage auf Sardinien wunderbar, perfekte Lage am Meer, die Wohnung bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Pietro war jederzeit ansprechbar und reagierte sofort auf unsere Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Appartement von Fabio. Direkt am Meer gelegen mit einer kleinen Terrasse, von wo aus man das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang schön beobachten kann. Im Appartement ist alles für eine Selbstversorgung vorhanden. Auch das Parken ist dank einem Parkplatz unkompliziert. Ein kleiner Strand, sauber mit kristallklarem Wasser, ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch das kleine Städtchen Portoscuso ist sehr nett. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. We loved this apartment. Being in the penthouse was fabulous. The views were amazing. Love the decorative decor of old fashioned items. Huge apartment. The host was very helpful and recommended places to go. So convenient to the places to see and the bus to the train station was across the street. I can’t recommend this host and his apartment enough. Stay here, you will love it! He even had local desserts for us.

l'alloggio di Veronica si distingue per la quantità e la qualità della dotazione in generale, cucina, biancheria, c'è davvero tutto quello che serve. la lavastoviglie è un plus, molto gradito. il patio è perfetto per chi ama vivere all'aperto, le tendine sottili per la privacy sono perfette. il tendone che copre il cortiletto tiene fuori un po di calore. la posizione in altura rende difficile andare al mare a piedi se non si ha una buona gamba ma porta spesso una gradevole brezza, impagabile. la vista sulla laguna è splendida, il parcheggio, praticamente davanti a casa, spesso all'ombra di un pino. che dire poi della zona, strepitosa per le spiagge bianche e una vegetazione ricca e selvaggia. spero davvero di poter tornare!

We had a really enjoyable stay - the accommodation is in a great location just a short distance outside of central Iglesias. The accommodation is very well kitted out for a self catering stay, very comfortable + quiet. Gianmarco + family were very helpful throughout our stay + very accommodating with our arrival, queries, etc. Would certainly love to visit this area again + highly recommend staying here.

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

Ganz tolle und liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft mit sehr netten Mitarbeiter:innen. Der Garten ist einfach ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen, ein Mietauto sollte man unbedingt haben.. keine Möglichkeit für Mittagessen vor Ort und die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Ansonsten war alles perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Auszeit an diesem tollen Ort sehr genossen. Klimaanlage top 😊

Très bon séjour chez Angelo et sa famille. Le lieu, en pleine nature, est paisible tout en étant à proximité des axes le reliant aux zones touristiques. Angelo est très sympathique et de bons conseils.

Wir hatten eine grossartige Zeit in der Unterkunft von Aldo. Das Haus ist toll und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Pool vor der Haustür ist ein echter Eyecatcher. Uns hat es sehr gefallen! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft :-)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est spacieuse, comme la description, la résidence est calme et propre, nous avons même vu des biches et des cerfs !! Belle terrasse et piscine. Antonella est très gentille et flexible (nous sommes arrivés un peu tardivement). Il nous ont accueilli avec quelques spécialités locales. Je recommande vivement

Le logement de Nicola et Rita était simplement superbe!!! La vue est splendide et c'est un réel plaisir de commencer et de finir la journée sur la terrasse car les nombreuses balades, visites aux alentours nous ont fait beaucoup bouger les journées passées à Nebida... Les 2 chambres à l'étage sont belles et on s'y sent, et on y dort, très bien. C'est un excellent point de chute pour découvrir la sauvage et magnifique Costa Verde tout en restant proche de l'aéroport d'Algero. Nous vous conseillons ce logement sans hésitation !

Der Aufenthalt bei Simone ist leicht mit einem Wort zu beschreiben. Wow. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Sekunde an zu Hause und man merkt sofort, dass es Simones ernstes Anliegen ist, dass seine Gäste eine gute Zeit haben und sich wohl fühlen. Freundlich, zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit hat Simone uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, Ausflüge empfohlen und uns zu einem italienischen Pasta-Abend in der Gartenküche eingeladen, der uns für immer in Erinnerung bleibt. Das Anwesen ist herrlich natürlich und authentisch, wir haben die Zeit im Garten sehr genossen. Überall wächst Obst und Gemüse, von dem man sich bedienen kann. Das Haus war bestens ausgestattet, sogar Sandspielsachen für die Kinder, Schirme und Stühle für den Strand gab es - Simone denkt an alles. Wir bedanken uns für die fantastische Zeit und freuen uns auf einen Pizzaabend, wenn wir wiederkommen. ;)
