Appartamento proprio come in descrizione, molto pulito e ordinato e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Check in facile e flessibile. La zona è molto tranquilla e molto facile da raggiungere, mille punti in più per la possibilità di poter trovare sempre un parcheggio sotto casa cosa che per una città come Roma è quasi un sogno.

Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

We've loved to stay in Barbara's apartment. It was very clean and tidy, with everything we needed and more. Comfy beds, clean sheets and towels, amazing shower, kitchen very well equipped. It's location is great, 10 minutes to Ciampino airport by bus, and just a 5 minutes walk to a 24/7 supermarket and to the train station. It just takes 15 minutes to get to Rome central station. Barbara is very gentle, kind, helpful and responded quickly to the Airbnb chat messages. Due to a delayed flight arrival, she even offered to pick us up at the airport, which we really appreciated. We strongly recommend her as a host and and will definitely stay in her apartment next time.

Rosana sembrava come fossi una conoscente da anni, molto confidente e ci a dato informazioni magari per le prossime visite visto che noi abbiamo alloggiato nel giorno del capodanno e giustamente era tutto chiuso.. a pochi km si trova il parco divertimenti magicland.. ci ha fatto trovare anche una bellissima bottiglia di vino rosso frizzantino di casa che ahimè abbiamo dimenticato 😂.. lo consiglio vivamente

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento della signora Monica e non posso che parlarne in modo entusiasta. La posizione è ideale per chi desidera raggiungere facilmente il palasport, come nel nostro caso, per assistere al concerto di Jovanotti. L’appartamento è perfetto per chi ha bisogno di spostarsi sia con i mezzi pubblici che con i propri. Monica ci ha accolti con grande cordialità, facendoci sentire subito a casa. L’atmosfera accogliente e il profumo di pulizia appena entrati ci hanno fatto capire che avevamo scelto il posto giusto. Ogni dettaglio dell’appartamento è pensato per garantire un’ospitalità eccellente. Il bagno è completo di tutte le comodità, con asciugamani, fon e tutto il necessario per l’igiene personale. La camera da letto è molto spaziosa, con un letto comodo cuscini perfetti per il nostro riposo. L’arredamento è moderno e curato, e la veranda con tavolo e sedie ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente. Host consigliata!

Really lovely apartment, everything we needed was easy to find. The location was really nice on an old street and sea views from some rooms, we enjoyed the balcony. The hosts were super helpful and despite not all directions appearing on Google maps they sent us a bus time table and it was easy to teach via train then bus.

This residence is wonderful. The beach within a few minutes walk is wonderful. The pool with the residence, though of very modest size, is wonderful. Without a car, getting to town requires a 40 minute walk, with half of that time walking on the shoulder of a highway [not suited for young children]. The bus only goes to and from town five times a day. And taxi drivers found the ride too short to interest them so getting to and from town is a drag. The water in the region is not considered secure to drink or cook with, and we found only one pizza shop with decent food in the neighborhood. So there's still pressure to get to town, despite the inconvenience. But the surroundings were fantastic. It was a wonderful vacation. And we found the host both friendly, responsive and very helpful.

Monia's place was beautiful, spotless, and a great place to relax after weeks of travelling. She is an excellent host who makes every effort to ensure a perfect stay! The place is exactly as advertised, with a beautiful balcony, comfy bed, and breakfast provided. I will be back!

Accueil très sympathique par Antonio. Logement élégant, beaucoup de marques d'attention: produits petit déjeuner, produits salles de bains, bouteille de vin... Calme environnant. Très belle piscine.

The apartment is better than the photos. It is big, authentic and really interesting. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem for some people during the summer. We left the windows opened and it was okay to sleep. It was easy to park the car nearby. It is located in a strategic place to visit Castel Gondolfo and other attractions by the lake. The apartment is in the center of Marino, so there are caffés, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Besides, there are many great restaurants in 5 minutes driving.

Monolocale nuovissimo, molto bello e arredato con gusto. Non manca nulla, molto ben insonorizzato e con climatizzatore favoloso. Il bagno e’ comodo con una doccia spaziosa. Favoloso il balconcino che affaccia su un giardino privato. Posizione centralissima e comoda per raggiungere le spiagge a piedi in cinque minuti.

We loved Massimiliano’s place. Its location near the train station was perfect for us, and we could easily walk to good restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Massimiliano and his wife were very responsive and helpful. All around, it was a great stay!

Me quedado en este maravilloso alojamiento por 3 noches . Está frente a la playa lo cual hace que este alojamiento sea aún mejor , no está muy lejos de roma , así que puedes quedarte aquí disfrutar de la playa y el sol y también ir y visitar la ciudad de roma . El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y ordenado además y cuenta con todo lo necesario. El anfitrión es totalmente maravilloso, es muy amable y siempre está atento a cualquier cosa que necesites, ya sea café , toallas limpias , aperitivos o cualquier otra cosa . Me sentí muy segura y cómodo en este alojamiento, realmente me sentí en casa , así que definitivamente volveré a hospedarme aquí en mi próximo viaje 😊☺️☺️

Esperienza da fare e rifare :) Ideale per staccare dalla quotidianità senza lasciare Roma. Laura è stata gentilissima, chiara nelle indicazioni e sempre pronta a rispondere in caso di dubbi. Ambiente pulito e accogliente, tutto molto curato. L'idea di una mini SPA tutta per sè è magnifica. Una bellissima pausa per ricaricarsi <3 Consigliata.

Casa splendida, luminosa, grande e comoda. Anche all’esterno spazi grandi. Ci siamo sentiti a casa con tutte le comodità. In ogni stanza una televisione, oltre le camere da letto grandi anche gli spazi in comune come cucina (enorme), salotto e veranda.

Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

Norman e la sua famiglia sono stati eccezionali! Hanno sempre risposto immediatamente con gentilezza e in maniera accomodante a tutte le nostre richieste. La casa è molto bella, ben arredata con due balconi di cui uno con vista mare e ha veramente tutto ciò di ciò si ha bisogno (Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da tiro, phon, macchina per il caffè nespresso con cialde, asciugamani, accappatoi, lenzuola, bel divano, poltrona, due tv con tv in streaming gratuita, ottimo wifi, ripostiglio, ascensore, due bagni, armadi con stampelle in abbondanza, scarpiere, scrivania in cameretta, aria condizionata in tutta casa etc etc) È molto vicina alla spiaggia e anche ad agosto si riesce a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze (liberi o a pagamento). Se avremo ancora intenzione di passare le nostre vacanze a Terracina sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!

Antonio è un host fantastico, estremamente disponibile e molto attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. La casa è grande, comoda ed estremamente funzionale. Siamo stati benissimo, consigliatissimo!!
