Apartment just as described, very clean and tidy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy and flexible check-in. The area is very quiet and very easy to reach, a thousand extra points for the possibility of always being able to find a parking space near the house, which for a city like Rome is almost a dream.

Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

We've loved to stay in Barbara's apartment. It was very clean and tidy, with everything we needed and more. Comfy beds, clean sheets and towels, amazing shower, kitchen very well equipped. It's location is great, 10 minutes to Ciampino airport by bus, and just a 5 minutes walk to a 24/7 supermarket and to the train station. It just takes 15 minutes to get to Rome central station. Barbara is very gentle, kind, helpful and responded quickly to the Airbnb chat messages. Due to a delayed flight arrival, she even offered to pick us up at the airport, which we really appreciated. We strongly recommend her as a host and and will definitely stay in her apartment next time.

Rosana seemed to be an acquaintance for years, very confident and gave us information maybe for the next visits since we stayed on New Year's Eve and everything was rightly closed... a few kilometers away is the magicland amusement park... she also made us find a beautiful bottle of sparkling red wine from home that unfortunately we forgot... 😂I highly recommend it

I stayed in Mrs. Monica's apartment and I can only talk about it enthusiastically. The location is ideal for those who want to easily reach the sports arena, as in our case, to attend the Jovanotti concert. The apartment is perfect for those who need to get around both by public transport and with their own. Monica welcomed us with great cordiality, making us feel right at home. The welcoming atmosphere and the scent of cleanliness as soon as we entered made us realize that we had chosen the right place. Every detail of the apartment is designed to ensure excellent hospitality. The bathroom is complete with all the amenities, with towels, hairdryer and everything you need for personal hygiene. The bedroom is very spacious, with a comfortable bed and perfect pillows for our rest. The decor is modern and well-kept, and the veranda with table and chairs made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay again. Recommended host!

Really lovely apartment, everything we needed was easy to find. The location was really nice on an old street and sea views from some rooms, we enjoyed the balcony. The hosts were super helpful and despite not all directions appearing on Google maps they sent us a bus time table and it was easy to teach via train then bus.

This residence is wonderful. The beach within a few minutes walk is wonderful. The pool with the residence, though of very modest size, is wonderful. Without a car, getting to town requires a 40 minute walk, with half of that time walking on the shoulder of a highway [not suited for young children]. The bus only goes to and from town five times a day. And taxi drivers found the ride too short to interest them so getting to and from town is a drag. The water in the region is not considered secure to drink or cook with, and we found only one pizza shop with decent food in the neighborhood. So there's still pressure to get to town, despite the inconvenience. But the surroundings were fantastic. It was a wonderful vacation. And we found the host both friendly, responsive and very helpful.

Monia's place was beautiful, spotless, and a great place to relax after weeks of travelling. She is an excellent host who makes every effort to ensure a perfect stay! The place is exactly as advertised, with a beautiful balcony, comfy bed, and breakfast provided. I will be back!

The apartment is better than the photos. It is big, authentic and really interesting. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem for some people during the summer. We left the windows opened and it was okay to sleep. It was easy to park the car nearby. It is located in a strategic place to visit Castel Gondolfo and other attractions by the lake. The apartment is in the center of Marino, so there are caffés, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Besides, there are many great restaurants in 5 minutes driving.

Brand new studio, very nice and tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing, very well soundproofed and with fabulous air conditioning. The bathroom is comfortable with a spacious shower. The balcony overlooking a private garden is fabulous. Very central and convenient location to reach the beaches on foot in five minutes.

We loved Massimiliano’s place. Its location near the train station was perfect for us, and we could easily walk to good restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Massimiliano and his wife were very responsive and helpful. All around, it was a great stay!

Experience to do and do again :) Ideal for getting away from everyday life without leaving Rome. Laura was very kind, clear in her directions and always ready to answer if you have any questions. Clean and cozy environment, everything is very well cared for. The idea of a mini spa all by itself is magnificent. A beautiful recharge break <3 Recommended.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Melanie was a great host: she was responsive and gave us clear directions. Upon arrival we found everything very tidy, clean, and instructions for using the hot tub. We really enjoyed the wine offered from their production. Great place to take a moment to relax. Recommended! We'll definitely be back!
