Alloggio dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, pulito, ordinato e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere velocemente diversi luoghi di interesse: Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Bevagna etc. Consigliatissimo. Host gentile e disponibile. Appartamento molto carino e pulito. Si ha la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto nel cortile interno della casa. Ottima posizione, la casa si trova a 100 mt dall’ingresso delle cascate delle marmore (belvedere superiore).

Siamo stati con la mia famiglia di 6 elementi e cane di piccola taglia a seguito. Tutto perfetto, grazie Giulio.

We had the most wonderful stay at the apartment! Sergio was there to greet us on arrival, was kind enough to help with our bags, and shared some local places to eat with us. The apartment is pristine, bright, and spacious with lovely furnishings and very comfortable beds! Kitted out with everything we needed. We spent a lazy morning on the terrace overlooking the hills, fresh coffee in hand! A very peaceful and quiet spot but close enough to shops and restaurants and the pretty town of Todi. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Bettina is erg hartelijk en behulpzaam. Er stond een heerlijk stuk taart voor me klaar toen ik arriveerde. Bettina heeft goede tips om de omgeving te ontdekken. Een aanrader!

Nous sommes restés en famille pendant un week-end chez Dylan. L’endroit est très paisible, et les vues et paysage magnifiques. L’accès en voiture était un peu tortueux mais c’était le prix à payer pour avoir ce calme! Dylan était très accueillant et l’appartement confortable correspondant aux photos. On recommande !

πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα,κοντά στο κέντρο του Folignio. είχε τα πάντα !!! μπορεί κανείς να μαγειρέψει, να πάρει πρωινό να πλύνει ρούχα ,να αφιερώσει ! είναι ένα πλήρες διαμέρισμα

Excelente opción. Normalmente Assisi es una localidad de precios elevados. en nuestro caso la relación precio/calidad fue muy buena. una gran cosa es poder contar con estacionamiento, que este departamento tenia. Es necesario destacar que Assisi es un pueblo verdaderamente para el tránsito de vehículos de turistas por lo que es necesario tener un parking asegurado. El departamento lo tenía. Los anfitriones dieron instrucciones precisas de cómo llegar y estacionar. el departamento ubicado en la zona histórica era antiguo pero remodelado lo que lo hacía encantador. 100% recomendable.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Huisje Uliviu was een geweldige accomodatie, ruim en proper. Wanneer we iets nodig hadden werden we dadelijk verder geholpen. De ligging was ideaal om de mooiste bezienswaardigheden, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... te bezoeken. Vanuit het huisje heb je mooie fiets-en wandelroutes. Supermarkt in Marsciano vlakbij. Wat het huis zo attractief maakt is het mooie en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en heuvels. Volledige rust vindt je hier. Wij ontmoetten de hele familie, sympathiek en hartelijk. interessant ook om naar hun verhalen te luisteren. De grootouders van Tommaso wonen ter plaatse, wat een actieve grootmoeder zeg. Vele groeten aan allen, en misschien tot nog eens.

It was a charming apartment to stay in the beautiful town of Spoletto . We stayed with 2 of my children and their spouses and my 10 year old grandson and it was perfect for all of us . The weather was very warm but coming into the apartment was so very cool . We all loved it

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Estancia agradable. No tiene cocina con lo que dependes de la restauración del lugar y limita para estancias largas. Nosotros nos quedamos una noche así que perfecto

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit schattige huisje met prachtig uitzicht! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de zus van Michele. We kregen nog leuke tips om te doen in de omgeving. Ook de ouders, die op het erf wonen, waren ( net als de zus) erg vriendelijk, vrolijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben zelfs kleding voor ons gewassen. Bedden slapen lekker. Alle nodige spullen zijn aanwezig. We raden de accommodatie van Michele ten zeerste aan.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e perfettamente conforme alla descrizione: ideale per 4 o 5 persone, grazie anche alla presenza di due bagni entrambi dotati di doccia, che rendono il soggiorno ancora più comodo. L’host è stato estremamente disponibile e cordiale: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il phon e lo ha sostituito immediatamente, dimostrando grande attenzione e gentilezza. Molto apprezzata anche la flessibilità negli orari di check-in e check-out, che ci ha permesso di organizzare al meglio il viaggio. Consigliatissimo!

la casa è pulitissima e molto accogliente con una magnifica vasca idromassaggio per 2 su una vetrata panoramica dalla quale si riesce a vedere anche la famosa statua MOAI Luciana è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tante utili informazioni per visitare al meglio la zona. la casa è comoda e fornita di tutto perfino i caricabatterie sul comodino. Vitorchiano già bella di per se' è un ottima soluzione per visitare Bomarzo, il paese delle fiabe, Celleno e il suo borgo Fantasma tutte interessantissime tappe consigliate da Luciana sulla strada per andare a Civita di Bagnoregio, Consigli di cui abbiamo fatto tesoro e che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più interessante . consigliatissimo

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.
