We are on a private property located in the historic center of the world heritage city of Angra do Heroísmo, next to the public garden and a 2-minute walk to the central square. About 300 meters away is the Prainha bathing area and the recent Fanal bathing area, as well as the Marina. The AL has 2 bedrooms (equipped with a double bed), a living room, a kitchenette (equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine) and 1 bathroom with shower.

The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
