Large house, two parking spots. Located very close to the Town Center (10 km) in one of the most traditional neighborhoods. 30 minutes from Bernal, close to vineyards. Ground floor: A living room with a 65-inch screen, a half bathroom, and a full bathroom. Two bedrooms with a double bunk bed each, another bedroom with a private bathroom. Fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, terrace with barbecue, fully-equipped pool Upstairs suite with queen size bed, private bathroom, jacuzzi and terrace and 65 inch screen.

A spacious garden area features well-maintained grass and a variety of plants along the perimeter. Comfortable seating arrangements include wicker chairs and a hanging egg chair, shaded by a large umbrella. The backdrop showcases a single-story building and distant hills under a clear sky.

Everything was very nice, the house was clean and matches what is advertised.
