Excellent service, always very attentive, very close to the center, in general everything is fine.

Very quiet, the place is far from downtown but very accessible, by car it is 5 to 10 minutes by the cobblestone. But the area is very quiet, the accommodation is super good, with everything you need.

Great place!! Excellent for escaping from city caos and enjoy a peaceful weekend!!

It is a very spacious and beautiful place, it takes more time to make the most of the place. I recommend it.

Excellent property with good amenities, the pool heater worked perfectly and always maintains the ideal temperature. The location is 15 minutes from downtown Tequisquiapan, the only detail is that sometimes there is a long line to enter the subdivision (up to 15 minutes). The house was in good condition, only some beds already feel quite worn and another larger screen needs to be included in the master bedroom. Communication with the owners was always excellent and attentive to resolve all doubts, I would recommend it without hesitation.

A very cozy place, the host was always attentive. They fixed the room for our honeymoon. Excellent service.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house has a beautiful garden very close to the centre. The hosts Felipe and his Father were very pleasant and helpful, we will return again for sure!

Excellent place, the service provided by Guillermo, Moisés and Vero was amazing!!!! Super friendly people and always ready to help us with whatever we needed. The house is super spacious, very nicely located and clean. The green areas are very well maintained and spacious, perfect for our family trip and with a pet. We would definitely go back!!!!

The stay was very pleasant, we traveled as a family and the place was very comfortable, the welcome by the host and the people who work with her was excellent and they were always attentive. As a recommendation, I would say pay attention to the towels, linens and mattresses, and maybe a coat of paint to the pool to make it look better. A very nice place to spend a weekend with family or friends!

A larger space than what you see in the photos, it was an ancient ranch with plenty of spaces to explore. The house is very spacious and has several spaces for each activity. It's really easy to get to, but the apps complicate it a little and the road, although a little careless (which is not the host's fault) is easy to access by car. Everything functional, the house is very thermal. Maybe a couple of fans and more chairs to take advantage of all the spaces (inside and out) would improve the experience, but overall very well, we were a group of 7 people and pets and we really enjoyed the tranquility of the place

Comfortable home and great yard for the dogs. Centro is a bit far to walk but it means you are out of the noises that towns can produce, so was very peaceful and private. Host was very responsive.

The house is very nice, with large spaces that allowed us all to live together and do different activities at the same time. Its country style is very suitable for the place, we really liked the layout and we found all the utensils to have a very pleasant stay. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful house at walking distance of Tequisquiapan’s downtown. Pristine.

The only negative detail is the pool water was never warm even though the boiler was on, I do not know if the boiler is small for the size of the pool or did not work properly, the person who did not attend was limited in saying that it was on and showed it to me, but the water was lukewarm cold.

very large house, very large spaces. you have everything to eat. the furniture and decor are already very old even all the bedrooms have carpet and suddenly a lot of heat is locked. The temperature of the pool is excellent however in much smaller than what is appreciated but the fact that this roof has all the advantage. the 5 children who were the enjoyment much. Important recommendation. bring raid lamitas to be placed in the boxes and/or gneral throughout the house as there are many mosquitoes. and tmbn repelente for when this is out.

a great place to spend a few days accompanied by the family, a lot of space to park, many areas to chat and hang out, the 2 comfortable houses, we had the frets, nesas,chairs that were occupied, wn fin many things, it is widely recommended

The place is amazing, it is very comfortable and there is no problem to go with a lot of people, I was honestly satisfied with the whole establishment, it is a total 10/10. Mr. Sergio is an incredible person, attentive, kind, receptive, flexible and has good conversation topics. Whatever you need, he is attentive and will help without a problem.
