It is very close to the IMSS of Plan de Ayala, the Glorieta de la Luna (public transport meeting point) and an 8-minute walk from the Del Dragón de Pullman terminal. It has trees around it, is located on a second floor (entered by a spiral staircase), has a separate entrance and parking for one car.

Cozy little house located in a huge beautiful garden with a swimming pool. It has a nice terrace with a great view. Quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well provided with all the appliances needed. The house is just four blocks from downtown, the market, the flea market and lots of restaurants. There is a parking space for one car. NO CHILDREN OR PETS ALLOWED.
