The place is very nice and with a lot of privacy, incredible view, maybe they could add fans or air conditioning, I went in April and the heat is very strong, excellent attention from all the staff, I will be back soon but definitely in the cold season

The house is very nice and nicely cared for. The cleanliness of the place is very good. The service provided by Claudia and the people who help with the care and supervision of the house was friendly and efficient. We had a great time.

The place has a lot of vegetation and trees, so it's understandable that it gets filled with leaves every day. Mrs. Ceci is very friendly and helpful. The host took care to fill the pool quickly. The only thing was the refrigerator that didn't work, but he lent us a mini-bar to put things in. I know he's going to fix it or change it because that's how those appliances are. Overall, the place is very nice and quiet. If you're looking to rest, it's excellent. If your goal is to party, it's not for you. I liked the area's tranquility.

It is a very comfortable house to spend time with the family in the Lomas de Cocoyoc subdivision. All the rooms have their own bathroom and the fact that two of them are next to the garden with the pool makes it even more comfortable. The area is very quiet and with the security of being inside the subdivision, I would definitely stay again.

Excellent choice, one of the best there is!!!! EXCELLENT: Although the pool does not have a boiler, the solar heater kept the Jacuzzi hot (with delicious hydromassage!). The pool is warm and very cool. The pool table, ping pong table, foosball, soccer field, squash court, basketball court and children's area are all worth it!!!! Many green areas, many very clean rooms and all with mosquito nets, the barbecue has firewood. Private parking. Mr. Efrén is extremely friendly HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. WE'LL BE BACK!!! CONSIDER: The kitchen is very small, so large families have to carry the food to the barbecue area, but there are several steps and it can be tiring. The wifi is non-existent in most of the house. Bring several tennis balls, soccer ball and basketball to enjoy to the fullest. There are no department stores nearby, they are 20-30 minutes away. Take everything at once!! Don't forget bug repellent

We were happy!! The hosts' service was excellent, they had a super nice touch, the pool and garden were the best! The gardener gets a 10, super attentive, everything seemed nice to me, the house is super nice, everything gets a 100!!!

Everything was excellent from the time of booking to check-out. Miriam was very friendly and attentive whenever we needed her help. The house is super complete to enjoy a few days of relaxation or even something more lively and with more people. The entrance has enough space for several cars. The dog park gets all the applause. Not only is it very well set up, but it is also 100% designed to enjoy the whole day out there. To summarize the deal. It was like staying at a very close friend's house. I really liked the place. It is large and is in a quiet and private area. The kitchen is very well equipped and the whole house was clean. Ariane was friendly and quick to respond.

The accommodation is quiet, so you can relax from the city and be with friends.

This house is just like it looks in the photos. It was perfect for us! We attend a wedding in the Xolatlaco Garden and it is 5 minutes away from there by car. Which was very convenient given that at night when leaving, there is almost no lighting on the road. Beds are very comfortable. Haydeé was very kind to allow us to arrive earlier than check-in so that we could leave our bags and change us before the wedding. It's a simple space but with everything you need to rest.

For the price offered, it is an excellent accommodation to go with family and friends, the house is too spacious as well as the pool that is totally private, the area is very quiet so it is very good option to go and relax. The house is amazing, very nice and spacious. It has plenty of privacy and several common areas to spend time with the family. Although it does not have car parking, they give you the option of parking it very close to the house. Adriana and her mom's service is very good, always attentive and on top of everything. Very comfortable house, in a quiet area, a little inland, but no problems if you go with a navigation app. The house was clean and the person who delivers the address is very kind, explains the rules and if you need anything, there are areas to eat relatively close, great variety, all no more than 5-7 min by car (Oxxo, restaurant, etc.). In general, very good, the pool is very comfortable and for the time of year I traveled, it was always warm, even in the morning it was warm. I would suggest perhaps a water check, since it began to have a slightly peculiar smell and not chlorine, but nothing out of the ordinary or that has no solution, much less that makes it impossible or difficult to enjoy it.
