The place is comfortable and pleasant, there are shops nearby and stalls to buy food in the afternoons, I recommend it 👌🏻

This is a great find. This home a huge, very modern and clean. Ulises is indeed a super host. He is very responsive. We stayed there while in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot. We stayed for 4 days with my wife and 2 children.This place was great. It is on the nicer side of town, super clean and safe. If you are visiting Tepic, stay here you are a short drive into the the city. Additionally, there is a pharmacy and mini-mart walking distance from this home. Washer and Dyer, kitchen, and showers are great in this place. I highly recommend this place and while you are there, take a drive to San Blas! Only about 45 mins away and a GREAT day trip.

It's a good apartment in a quiet area, Home Depot fences, the only detail is that I struggled a little with the hot water, and I didn't find an iron of clothes but outside of that, everything very at ease

An excellent place to spend with your partner, just as seen in the photos. Rx was always attentive to any situation. It just so happened that since it was the weekend there was an event next door; but nothing out of the ordinary. It even gave a touch to the stay because there was live music. Everything was very good. I would surely stay again. Highly recommended.
