Ariel was very kind, he always answered us when we had questions; the only thing I think could have been a problem was that one day we ran out of gas, but it was resolved the next day first thing

I think it's one of the few places to stay that really is petfriendly, has sturdy furniture, protected, simple and functional decoration. I never felt afraid that my little ones would have an accident and they will cause accidental destruction. It is quite spacious and very clean and the people who welcome you are nice and offer you local recommendations if you ask them, which is greatly appreciated.

Caesar's Airbnb is modern and comfortable. As a host, Caesar is the best. My wife locked her keys in the trunk of the car and Caesar was even happy to help solve that problem. Amazing place near downtown Tepotzotlán, we were truly surprised by the quality of the place!

A very great experience for our large family of 15. We had a little hiccup the first night due to water/pressure situation, but Osvaldo was able to clear things up quick and we were able to manage through the days. A reminder that we are very spoiled in the US. We were out quite a bit but really enjoyed the home and pool the last day. Lydia was amazing and can’t say enough about how sweet and helpful she was throughout our stay. We would definitely plan another stay with Osvaldo if we come out again.

I wouldn't hesitate to say that it is an excellent place, very comfortable, very easy to get to. It's a perfect place for both a short and long stay. It has all the amenities and comforts you might need. Another thing I can mention is that our host is super attentive, kind and above all, always available. 10 out of 10

It is a very quiet place, private, with security.. excellent location for the very own of my visit to the Edo. of Mexico. Shopping centers and pharmacies as well as MexiBus transportation nearby. The apartment is very comfortable and the Hosts are excellent people and well cared for, always attentive and hospitable.
