Private room with terrace to relax Roma - Condesa!

Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!

It is within walking distance to the best restaurants, bars, emblematic parks (Chapultepec, Parque España & Parque México), museums, galleries and main avenues like Reforma and Insurgentes. Sevilla subway station is at a 2 min walking distance and a bike loan station (Ecobici) is just around the corner. The neighborhood is very safe and enjoyable for living. New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Bohemian green with a castle view 5 * at Condesa.

Super luminous apartment. We call it Verdant green. A bohemian studio with a stunning view. This is a small apartment 600sq2 with a big bathroom and an open kitchen at the 5th floor of a new condo. The bed is Queen and our windows have black out in case you want less light to sleep better. We are located at the edge of one of the best and trendiest neighborhoods in the city. Why the edge? Look at the pictures. Can you see the park and the castle in the view? Beautiful right?

The building is just in front Chapultepec Park so you could enjoy the splendid views of the Chapultepec Castle..

The area is similar to a small town in which you can find all kind of restaurants, cafes and shops. Two blocks away at Progreso St. is Jardín Morelos, an excellent park w/ a running track and Mercado Escandón where you can find fresh fruit, vegetables and food of very good quality.

Located in Condesa neighborhood. One of the trendiest areas in the city. Close to Reforma, Chapultepec Park , Parque Mexico, Parque España. A few minutes away from all the main sightseeings and walking distance to awesome restaurants and bars.
